Facilities: The overall facilities are quite good, but there's a strange odor coming from the floor drain next to the toilet in the bathroom, which needs to be addressed. Hygiene: Overall hygiene is good, and the bedding was neatly made. Environment: The environment is decent, though the space is a bit small. However, it didn't affect my stay, as I was just sleeping overnight to catch an early flight the next day. Service: The service was excellent. The front desk even upgraded my room for free, and they were very welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Highly recommended.

Anonymous UserOh wow, talking about this hotel, I have to mention their smart devices. It's my first time staying in such a smart hotel – everything is super automated! I didn't have to lift a finger for the air conditioning or the curtains. The bed in the room is really soft, and the pillows are super comfy with just the right amount of bounce. The room was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly helpful and cheerful; her smile instantly brightened my day. It felt just like coming home. The front desk area itself is also very nicely decorated with lots of beautiful ornaments. Honestly, out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one is the best.

Anonymous UserThe room was pretty big, very clean and the beds truly comfortable, the bathroom well equipped, shower gel, shampoo and towel being provided. The check-in was fast and the staff very nice. However the WiFi was slow and the signal is not really good inside the rooms. But still perfect location next to the metro.

My stay at Home Inn (Shanghai Waigaoqiao Wuzhou Avenue Metro Station Branch) was fantastic! The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Wuzhou Avenue Metro Station. The decor is modern, the rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and I slept very well. The staff were warm and attentive, answering all my questions promptly, making me feel very cared for. Overall, it's great value for money and an ideal choice for business or leisure trips to Pudong. I would definitely consider staying here again!

BornOnAMondayI admire this hotel because of its location. Two nearby metro station and one nearby bus station, all of which walking distance from the hotel.
I just ask for a better soundproofing effort between rooms. Out of 9 nights, 1 night as a bit uncomfortable as the guest (upstairs or beside me, I wouldn’t know) kept on moving the doors / tables so loudly. Even their conversations can be heard. I asked the hotel and they did check that evening and the next morning. They couldn’t hear it but the noise minimized - gone by the next evening
Walking distance to coffee shops, fast food, restaurants, spa, and even to cheap clothing stores nearby.
I’ll definitely be back here every time I am in Shanghai.

Guest UserI can't praise this hotel enough! The location is great and very easy to find, with convenient transportation. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptionally warm, and check-in was very quick. The room was spotless, without any strange odors, and the toiletries were very clean. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – so I slept wonderfully. The value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same price range. I've already saved it, and it will definitely be my first choice next time!

Working in Jiading, I decided to stay at the hotel for one night.
Parking is more troublesome. It's not parked under Garter Square. It's a separate parking lot.
The special room has no windows, but the overall hygiene of the room is not bad. The fast chain brand is still guaranteed.

SilencerrrrThe location is really great, very close to the subway entrance and within walking distance. It's a great place to stay for a Mercedes-Benz concert. The front desk service is excellent, and check-in is flexible. There's tea and tea service and a waiting desk on the first floor. The room is clean and bright, with plenty of natural light. The bathroom would have benefited from a blackout curtain. The TV has a retractable stand, allowing for flexible adjustment. The downsides are that there's no elevator, so you have to walk upstairs. The bed is a bit hard and not soft enough. Also, it's close to the road, so there's some noise from traffic at night. There's no table inside the room, which is a little inconvenient for dining.

Guest User5-star review! Absolutely delighted with Yiju! The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the housekeeping was impeccable. The location is super convenient, just an 8-minute walk to Sanlin Station on Line 11, and there's a bus stop right outside that goes directly to The Bund. Plenty of local snacks around too. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. Great value for money, definitely my first choice for business trips.

The room was very clean; it's definitely different from chain hotels. It was located at the back, so it was quieter. It was a continuous stay, and the cleaning lady was very responsible. She even gave me an extra bottle of water when she saw I was drinking a lot. There were many restaurants downstairs, which was very convenient.
