The front desk service was incredibly warm and friendly! The sheets were spotless, and the mattress was super comfortable. I loved the smart toilet seat, which was nice and warm. The little table was polished to a shine, and there was complimentary bottled water. The airport pick-up service was also excellent; after booking, I contacted the hotel, and the front desk asked me to add them on WeChat. They sent a picture with directions, and I was picked up in no time. The pick-up service runs from 7 PM to 1 AM. Drop-off is also very convenient, with shuttle buses at 4:30 AM, 5:30 AM, and 6:30 AM. For other times, there's no shuttle, but you just need to wait in the lobby 10 minutes beforehand. Overall, it's very convenient and offers great value for money! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

As a frequent business traveler to Shanghai, the Hanting Express Siping Road Metro Station has become my top choice! It's within walking distance of the metro station, making it super convenient to get to the New International Expo Center for exhibitions or to catch high-speed trains at Hongqiao Railway Station, saving a ton of commuting time. The room facilities are complete, the high-speed internet is stable, the work area is spacious, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing me to focus on my work. The bedding is comfortable, the toiletries are good quality, and the front desk service is professional and attentive. For business travel, this place is definitely the right choice!

The entire facility is brand new. The room decor is simple, elegant, and odorless. The bedding and toiletries are all new. Although the room isn't huge, it's decent. The only downside is that the TV doesn't support screen mirroring. The location is very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby.

Facilities: Small but perfectly formed. Hygiene: The duvet and comforter felt damp, and there was a hair on the bathroom sink as soon as I walked in. Environment: Great, the location is unbeatable. Service: Super good and very welcoming. I hope the cleaning staff can pay more attention to hygiene, and I also hope the hotel provides feedback on this. I would definitely stay here again if I'm on a business trip, as the location and value for money are excellent. I just hope they tighten up on the cleanliness, especially with the duvet issue.

The newly opened hotel environment is not bad, the location is a bit biased, but the facilities are relatively new. Earplugs will be provided. There are robots that can deliver things, and the TV can also cast screens.

We booked this hotel for our high school entrance exam. It's very close to the exam venue, just a five-minute walk away, making it convenient for a midday break. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for our child's study time. Parking is available in the nearby neighborhood, and we can discuss it. The next day, our child couldn't leave until after 1:00 PM, but the front desk helped us check out at 2:00 PM.

The room was great and very clean. The housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The front desk even offered complimentary eye masks, which was a nice touch, and I slept wonderfully! Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one offers the best value for money.

I admire this hotel because of its location. Two nearby metro station and one nearby bus station, all of which walking distance from the hotel. I just ask for a better soundproofing effort between rooms. Out of 9 nights, 1 night as a bit uncomfortable as the guest (upstairs or beside me, I wouldn’t know) kept on moving the doors / tables so loudly. Even their conversations can be heard. I asked the hotel and they did check that evening and the next morning. They couldn’t hear it but the noise minimized - gone by the next evening Walking distance to coffee shops, fast food, restaurants, spa, and even to cheap clothing stores nearby. I’ll definitely be back here every time I am in Shanghai.

It was a good trip. The hotel is very close to the subway station and can be reached within walking distance. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room is clean and hygienic and the facilities are quite new. I am quite satisfied with the bathroom. The water pressure makes it very comfortable to take a shower. , not the kind of water pressure with super high pressure, nor low pressure, just right. Good reviews.
