The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, with plenty of hot food, fruits, and drinks – it was a very satisfying meal. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.

The hotel is ok, you can spend the night and rest if you have a flight or a train to catch, close to Hongqiao airport and Hongqiao railway station by taxi .

Pretty good! The shampoo was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were very helpful and quick to answer questions. All the facilities were great, with plenty of hot water, and the overall environment was nice.

The room has great natural light, a large floor-to-ceiling window with a beautiful view, and the view of the Sky Garden window is lovely. It's quiet and comfortable, and the receptionist, Xiao Li, is very helpful. It's also very convenient to get around. There are computers and washing machines available for free on the first floor, making it convenient for working. It's my first choice for travel, and I'll definitely come back next time!

Stayed for three days in a row and didn't sleep well for three days. The soundproofing is average. There were people screaming outside in the early morning and there were banging noises next to me. I always went to bed late and got up early. The breakfast area is also very small. There are only six tables in total. The wonton tastes okay, but the soup base is this color. The deluxe room is quite big, but there is no full-length mirror and big sofa. There is a small sofa. The front desk service and room service are quite considerate.

The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the shower water is smooth and the water temperature is stable, the toiletries are complete and the quality is good, the towels and bath towels are all brand new disinfected, and they are very safe to use.
