From the moment we arrived, the friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome, and check-in was a breeze. We had a spacious room that comfortably accommodated my husband, our 6-month-old daughter, and my mother-in-law, providing plenty of room for all of us. One highlight was the breakfast, which primarily featured delicious Chinese cuisine. It was a wonderful opportunity to indulge in local flavors while enjoying our morning together. Overall, Bornmann Hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service and family-oriented atmosphere. We’ll definitely return on our next visit to Shanghai!
