### ”A Family-Friendly Gem in the Heart of Shanghai!” Our recent stay at Bornmann Hotel was delightful! From the moment we arrived, the friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome, and check-in was a breeze. We had a spacious room that comfortably accommodated my husband, our 6-month-old daughter, and my mother-in-law, providing plenty of room for all of us. One highlight was the breakfast, which primarily featured delicious Chinese cuisine. It was a wonderful opportunity to indulge in local flavors while enjoying our morning together. Overall, Bornmann Hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service and family-oriented atmosphere. We’ll definitely return on our next visit to Shanghai!

According to the management, it was formerly the Hanting Hotel. After they took over, they renovated and updated the facilities. As a frequent traveler in China, I am very satisfied with its price, staff service, facilities, lobby cleanliness, room quietness and breakfast supply. It takes about 800 meters to walk to the subway station, which is acceptable. And it only takes about 20 to 25 minutes to get to Hongqiao Railway Station by Didi.

The environment is very good, the location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and sanitary, the service staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and provides free microwave ovens and washing machines, which is very considerate.

Stayed for three days in a row and didn't sleep well for three days. The soundproofing is average. There were people screaming outside in the early morning and there were banging noises next to me. I always went to bed late and got up early. The breakfast area is also very small. There are only six tables in total. The wonton tastes okay, but the soup base is this color. The deluxe room is quite big, but there is no full-length mirror and big sofa. There is a small sofa. The front desk service and room service are quite considerate.
