Ascott Hotels in Shanghai

When we arrived at the hotel on a day that was nearly 30° C we were informed that there was no air conditioner working in the hotel. I asked for a fan and they said they could not provide one because they’re all lent out to others. They did not give any help or compensation, which is completely unacceptable. The hotel was clean and the space was big but we paid a lot of money for there to be no air conditioner and they didn’t tell us beforehand. Would not come back here, they should have done more for us since this was their own fault.

The breakfast was too simple, the bread was taken out of the refrigerator, which was unhygienic. The attitude of the female waiter who made breakfast was very bad (on the morning of June 13), very indifferent. I had no choice but to solve the breakfast for the next few days by myself. This should not be the appearance of a five-star hotel
