This is my second stay at this hotel; I'm a returning guest. This time, I wanted a west-facing room, so they upgraded me to a Premium King Room. Last time, I was in a hurry, but this time I had the opportunity to really experience it and write a proper review. Pros: 1. **Convenient Location, Quiet Yet Central:** It's close to Century Avenue in Pudong, making it very easy to get to IFC and the Bund in Lujiazui. 2. **Maintaining Five-Star Standards:** As an older hotel, it hasn't let time diminish its five-star quality. The service, ambiance, and sense of luxury are all top-notch. Even the toiletries are high-quality (the razor has six blades, which is a great touch!). 3. **Excellent Value for Money:** For its location and class, the price is truly great value. You can even catch glimpses of the 'Three-Piece Suit' (Pudong skyline) in the background, which is almost like a full view, haha. Cons: There aren't enough charging outlets in the room; there's only one by the bedside. Also: I hope next time I visit, they can reserve a truly west-facing room for me!
