"I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience.
Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold."

"The room is good, clean and quiet big. The air-conditioning works well but have to wait longer time to feel the cooling environment. Unfortunately, the hotel system seem not cover the online booking on apps especially Trip.com. We got to wait almost an hour during check in while the staff struggled to check the booking@ref number with the PC at the counter. Luckily the staff on duty are so humble and polite."
