ive enjoyed my stayed and honeymoon here and because of this place i fell in love with batam..the staff were very helpfull and well trained...can understand and converse well either in bahasa malaysia and english...the place is clean and disable-friendly with ramp and etc...the spa was nice,the pool is cleab,room and ambiece is really fresh...would love to stay here again...suitable for stress free enviroment even its a bit far from any famous spot in batam but perfect for healing and relaxing

The location will be very difficult to find food. The rooms are very spacious like a football field. But not soundproof. Even if you book a non-smoking room, the smell will still creep in from outside. At night along the road many stall selling BBQ fish.. In hotel room look small not from the picture becos a lot of pillars taking up the Space. Toilet very small , bathing must be careful . Water will splash into the clothes hanging area. To me is not worth staying here. Breakfast have to take grab to Penuin/ Nagoya area.
