"Hotel was good. Close to city center. You can walk to bus C2 that takes you to everywhere in city center directly, we did that. It has a tap system with your payment card. Only thing we wondered was a construction worker in the room beside us working until 23.50 with vaccum cleaner and banging. We were up, but if you would had to sleep, it would have been alot annoying. But everything was great, good service. And it was clean."

"The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, truly outstanding. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent, and the hairdryer was pretty powerful. This Ostello Bello's bar being connected to the accommodation can get a bit noisy, but they provide earplugs which helps. I stayed right above the bar, and while there was some noise, it wasn't too disruptive. And even though there weren't curtains on the beds, it was still fine."

"Very pleasantly surprised hotel! The location is excellent, close to the American Consulate in Fei Leng Cui and the river. The hotel is in the rental part of a villa. There are not many rooms, but they are all large, with high ceilings and murals, just like in an old castle. The service staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast room is also very cultural, the food is a la carte, cooked to order, tastes good, and the waiters are very friendly. Parking is also available, but you have to pay a parking fee of 30 euros per day, and the hotel staff will help you park in a nearby parking lot. This is the most comfortable hotel in our trip to Italy."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station. It's incredibly convenient if you're traveling by train, and you can easily walk to all the major attractions. Right next door, there's a very famous Florentine steakhouse that's packed every evening. Plus, there's a Carrefour Express supermarket nearby, which is handy for picking up water and other essentials. The breakfast is incredibly varied and a huge highlight of this hotel. There's a wide selection, and you can certainly eat your fill. The restaurant's design and ambiance are also lovely, similar to a sunroom, creating a very elegant atmosphere. The front desk staff were quick to resolve an issue. Initially, my room's bathroom had an unpleasant odor. After I reported it to the front desk, they immediately moved me to another room on the spot. This new room was even larger, and the bathroom was more spacious. Their toiletries are from a local skincare brand, and the soap and body lotion, in particular, are very moisturizing. On the downside, the bathtub drainage was a bit slow."

"The hotel is very close to the train station, but it feels very safe. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was absolutely charming; he heard my husband was learning Italian and chatted with him for ages, which really made our day! Our room faced the courtyard instead of the street, so it was very quiet, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, and I'd say it offers excellent value for money in Italy. We're very grateful for the hotel's service and ambiance, which made our two days in Florence truly enjoyable."

"The location is perfect đŸ‘đŸ» very close to all the beautiful places in the historic part of the city! Please make sure that you check in online prior arrival to avoid extra charges. It’s easy and takes around 2-3 minutes of your time. The front desk staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious with 2 fans for comfortable sleep at night and huge lockers to store your belongings securely (the key provided by check in and it’s included in the price). There are comfortable beds with clean bed sheets and a decent pillow. Bring your own towel though, or you need to pay for one at the front desk. The bathroom is modern but not clean enough to give 5 stars. Also, there is toilet paper but no soap. As for the kitchen, it’s partially equipped, cooking might be a bit challenging but has a big modern fridge. There is a spacious dine in area and you can enjoy your meal in the garden outside. Overall, it was a nice stay for me, thank you very much!"

"The room facilities were really subpar. The lighting was awful, and the decor felt very rough and unfinished. It definitely didn't live up to a 4-star standard. However, the public areas and service were pretty good. The breakfast was terrible. The pool had a nice view, but it was way too crowded, and it seemed like most of the people weren't even hotel guests, just freeloaders. As a paying guest, I didn't even get a chance to enjoy a drink by the pool."

"Exceeded all expectations! I thought a hotel in an old building would be run-down, but the room was beautifully renovated. It was small but had everything you needed and was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She let us check in early as soon as a room was available, and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The breakfast room offers stunning views of Florence, with the cathedral dome and swifts that have migrated back from Africa after winter flying by the window."

"The room is really small, and everything else is good. The hotel is in the white community, and although it is a little far from the downtown attractions, it doesn't feel far away after walking all the way there. The breakfast is the same white food, but the pizza in the restaurant next door is really great, which refreshed my understanding of Italian pizza. It is really delicious. I ate it for three consecutive days."
