"I chose the Deting Tea Mountain store for my trip to Pu'er this time, and my stay experience directly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located at the foot of the tea mountain, and as soon as you enter, the air is filled with a faint tea fragrance. The courtyard is full of green plants, quiet and healing. The room space is spacious and clean, with lush greenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and a small tea table is also provided. It's especially pleasant to brew a pot of Pu'er tea in your leisure time. The entire room is intelligently controlled, with a smart toilet and a large bathtub. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent, so I slept very soundly at night. The staff were attentive and proactively helped with luggage. The breakfast variety was rich, and the local bean soup rice noodles tasted authentic. There was also a free mini-bar with drinks, and laundry and drying services. The overall facilities are complete, and it's a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. It's perfect for a vacation in Pu'er, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"So noisy! Too many tour groups. I could hear people talking and toilets flushing upstairs, people talking downstairs, and chairs scraping next door. At night, I heard car doors slamming and people talking outside, plus constant chatter and doors closing in the hallway. It was just an endless cacophony; I didn't get a single good night's rest. Even though it's near the airport, airplane noise wasn't a big issue; it was all the internal noise. I've never stayed in such a loud hotel. The TV was tiny, and the facilities were old. For this price, you can find many newer hotels. Breakfast was very mediocre and just as noisy, like a bustling wet market."

"I chose Kaiguan Hotel primarily because of its great online reviews and affordable price, but most importantly, its close proximity to Meizi Lake Park. As a 'migratory' senior leaving Hainan, I planned to stay here for a bit before heading back north. My week-long stay felt just like being at home. The owner, the service staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping were all incredibly kind and friendly. Any request I had was immediately taken care of. The breakfast really suited my northern palate, and I could even use the restaurant's microwave to heat up my takeout lunch. The hotel also offers free use of a washer and dryer, and there's a convenient spot to hang laundry. When I checked out, they even offered to store items I didn't want to take with me but also didn't want to throw away. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"
