"We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the Shanmu and Zhenghuangqi dining areas. The lobby staff were very friendly; they proactively offered game tokens to our child when they saw him/her lingering near the claw machine, which made our child very happy. However, the cleanliness was truly disappointing. We arrived around 11 AM during peak season. Since our room wouldn't be ready until after 2 PM, we headed out to explore. That night, as I pulled back the duvet, something got on my hand. Upon closer inspection in the bathroom, it turned out to be a false eyelash. Further inspection of the bed revealed more remnants on the duvet cover. I called the front desk to request a duvet change, but was informed that due to full occupancy, they couldn't provide a spare duvet. It was only after I thoroughly explained the situation (pointing out multiple false eyelash remnants, not just one spot) that they agreed to change the duvet cover. The older male staff member who came to replace it was quite clumsy; the duvet cover was dragged on the floor multiple times, making for a rather poor experience. We stayed for two consecutive nights. On the second day, when the cleaning staff came, I noticed the room across the hall had just checked out and observed them emptying the trash bin directly into a large communal bin. Concerned about the hygiene, we subsequently declined daily room cleaning."

"Overall, the experience was quite good. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable and open layout. The view from the window was excellent, offering plenty of natural light during the day and a beautiful night view in the evening, which made for a very pleasant stay. However, upon check-in, we had to wait quite a while to get our room key. This was due to slow room cleaning services, which kept us waiting in the lobby for a prolonged period. It seemed there was a shortage of cleaning staff, especially during peak holiday periods with high guest traffic. If more housekeeping staff could be assigned during holidays to improve room cleaning efficiency, I believe it would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room's environment and comfort, though there's certainly room for improvement in operational efficiency and attention to detail."

"1⃣️Service Very good, considerate, attentive and patient. I didn't want to go out, and they ordered coffee for me and sent it to the room. 2⃣️Environment The sea is right outside the door, and the balcony is where you can watch the sunrise. The pink curtains, white sheets, and warm lighting are so comfortable. 3⃣️Food Next to it is Pinhai Building, and there are coffee shops downstairs. You can stroll along the beach after dinner. 4⃣️Transportation Very convenient, Dalian Station, take the subway, Line 5, and arrive in 3 minutes after exiting the subway. 5⃣️Labrador The Labrador in the coffee shop is super docile. It recognized me after I stayed there for two days and played with me. In short, I sincerely recommend it!"

"## Wonderful Family Stay at The Castle Dalian We stayed as a family for four nights at The Castle Dalian and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our spacious and beautifully decorated room on the 12th floor offered stunning views of the sea, making our stay truly memorable. The hotel’s entrance lobby is impressively large and elegantly designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. For families with children, there is a large play area available, which requires an additional fee. Fortunately, hotel guests receive a discounted rate. Outside, the hotel boasts a charming small park with fantastic views over the bay and lovely landscaping—perfect for a relaxing stroll. The hotel is situated on a small hill, so the walk back to the city center is a bit long. However, the free shuttle bus service is very convenient, providing easy transport down to the city and back. Our room was thoughtfully furnished and very spacious, including a large and well-equipped bathroom. One minor downside was that there was only one power outlet next to the bed (on one side only), and no USB ports for charging phones, which would have been a nice addition. Breakfast and other meals at the hotel were delicious, with a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes to choose from. The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the restrooms in the breakfast restaurant, which unfortunately were often untidy and in need of more frequent attention. The swimming pool, maintained at 27°C, was not ideal for small children as there is no separate kids’ section. Guests should also note that wearing a swim cap is mandatory. The pool area includes a mini Finnish sauna and a steam sauna integrated into the changing rooms. However, there are only loungers next to the pool, so the sauna experience was quite different from the relaxing sauna visits we are used to in Europe. Overall, The Castle Dalian offers a lovely stay with beautiful views, excellent food, and family-friendly amenities, making it a great choice for travelers visiting the area."

"I checked in early in the evening, called the front desk lady in the middle of the night, and patiently told me all the check-in matters to check in. The next day, the front desk introduced me to the attractions, delicious, and stayed for several days in the future, and changed the room type I like. The young lady at the front desk who was in a hurry to wash the clothes told me very intimately that it didn't matter. After washing and drying, they would help me put it away and wait for me to come back at night. The environment is comfortable and quiet, the front desk ladies are always smiling, and the store manager is also very serious and responsible. Next time you come to Dalian, you will still live in your home!"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location right in Dalian city center, making it incredibly convenient for visiting all attractions. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants in the vicinity. Our room offered a lovely view of the Dalian TV Tower, which was captivating both day and night. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and helpful. They always greeted us with smiles and promptly answered any questions, which made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety and was quite substantial, though a short wait might be expected during peak hours. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, including a self-service laundry room. Our room itself was also quite spacious. All in all, we had a very satisfying stay, especially traveling with our children."

"Facilities: Well maintained Hygiene: Very good hygiene, the aunt will ask about the time when cleaning. Environment: Very good location, very close to Xinghai Square, many choices of convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. And it belongs to the Centennial Community, there are no cars in the community in the morning, and the children like to run around and bask in the sun. "The room is clean and tidy, with a good location and a good view, just in time to see the bridge. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a supermarket with a full range of snacks and a good breakfast below. There is also a small playground for children, which is very considerate and provides small dolls. The children like it very much."

"It is a stand-alone hotel close to the mountains and the sea. It is located on a cliff on the beachside road, so the view from the fifth floor and above is unparalleled. (If you book a sea view room. If you book a sea view room. If it is on the back, there will be no pure sea and mountain views). Ten minutes' walk to the southeast is Fisherman's Wharf and the subway station - I believe you can reach the seaside in a few minutes, and eight minutes' walk to the west is Laohutan Ocean Park. It is highly recommended to stay here for those who like secluded scenery and can tolerate some inconveniences in life. It is not recommended for people who have requirements for residential hardware. The decoration looks like the luxury style of 20 years ago. Although the wooden floor and bathtub seem to be of good quality, there was no hot water when I stayed (or the hot water was not hot). The bath water can only be said to be not that cold, yes. The answer given by the front desk was that the engineering staff went to check the boiler, and the advice given to me was to let the water run for a longer time. The blackout curtains can't be pulled to the side, so light leaks out."
