"Honestly, 100% recommended! If you’re staying in Chenzhou, this is the hotel to pick. The amenities and facilities are spotlessly clean and very new, and the entire staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. Location-wise, it’s a convenient 20-minute walk from Yuhou Street. A special thank you to Miss Zhang (张旭廷) for making my stay so wonderful and making me feel so welcomed. Because it was the low season, I was also treated to a lovely room upgrade (room 6666)! The breakfast was delicious and offered a very authentic taste of Chenzhou cuisine. I would definitely stay here again."

"I found this hotel on Ctrip. It's said to be one of the best five-star hotels in Chenzhou. The lobby exudes the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved."

"Facilities: The hotel has been open for some years, so the facilities aren't super new, but the room was quite spacious and had pretty much everything you'd need. There's no minibar in the room. The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement... Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient. Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. I forgot his name, I don't think I saw a name tag on his uniform. The hotel breakfast was all very clean, and the variety was quite rich."

"This stay was fantastic! I brought my kids here for a winter break trip, and the front desk staff was so thoughtful, providing children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we checked out, they even gave the kids a small gift bag with toys and snacks, which they loved. The housekeeping staff was also great, providing extra pillows and blankets for us. The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which was very convenient to use. Food delivery was brought to our room by a robot, and I highly recommend the fish noodle soup for breakfast – the Hunan rice noodles were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back."

After the stay, the whole process was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was close to the lower reaches of Xiaodongjiang. The location advantage of the river was full when I went out. The luck of this trip was excellent. The fog was foggy in Xiaodongjiang, and the morning mist was covered with the whole river. Water mist flows with the wind, the fisherman casts the net picture like a dream, perfect dream mist over the beautiful scenery of the East River. The front desk service is warm and professional, the procedures are fast, the active science popularization of Xiaodongjiang fog rule, the room layout is reasonable, the dry and wet separation, the floor-to-ceiling glass windows face the river view, and you can enjoy the scenery of the landscape while lying on the bed. The hotel has a quiet and quiet environment, complete leisure areas, full of holiday atmosphere, and the overall price is super high. I really recommend tourists who come to Dongjiang Lake to stay.
