"Excellent hotel, definitely a five-star review! I originally booked the Wyndham, but when I arrived, the restroom on the ground floor lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I searched for another hotel and this one looked good. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by its light luxury style and sophisticated ambiance. The owner must have great taste and vision. The main entrance design reminded me of the Rosewood Guangzhou. All the different sections of the lobby had a fantastic design. The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded me to a suite, and the floor attendant was also very friendly and welcoming. It was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was abundant. It's just been too hot these past two days; I'll come back in summer or autumn!"

"There is a large parking lot downstairs, parking is free, there are many breakfast shops and Chinese restaurants next to the hotel to choose from, and there is a laundry room and dryer on the 3rd floor, which is quite convenient. It is recommended to stay here."

"This stay was fantastic! I brought my kids here for a winter break trip, and the front desk staff was so thoughtful, providing children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we checked out, they even gave the kids a small gift bag with toys and snacks, which they loved. The housekeeping staff was also great, providing extra pillows and blankets for us. The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which was very convenient to use. Food delivery was brought to our room by a robot, and I highly recommend the fish noodle soup for breakfast – the Hunan rice noodles were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back."

"The hotel room was very new and spacious, and spotlessly clean. Both the bathroom and toilet were huge. The 24-hour butler service was a thoughtful touch, and the breakfast was also excellent, featuring local Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles. The surrounding restaurants were fantastic too. I'll definitely choose Yanbo Hotel again next time I visit Chenzhou; it offers great value for money."

"I found this hotel on Ctrip. It's said to be one of the best five-star hotels in Chenzhou. The lobby exudes the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved."
