"In our opinion, this hotel is on one of Koh Lipe's most beautiful beaches. There are no longer boats here, and you'll find live coral and plenty of fish. You can rent water sports equipment like kayaks and paddleboards, or just boats. The bungalows are small but have everything you need. The breakfasts are delicious, filling, and varied. They have their own sun loungers with natural shade from the trees, which really adds to the island vibe. The bar offers tasty cocktails, fresh juices, and coconuts. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and responsive. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Walking Street, where you'll find everything you need (restaurants, bars, massage places, supermarkets, souvenir shops). Overall, Koh Lipe is an amazing island."

"The room had been renovated, but the faucet was old and let out a smelly odor. Luckily, I brought my own shower head and when I filtered the water, it was black. The soundproofing in the bathroom was non-existent; you could hear everything from outside clearly. On my last day, I had a 9:30 AM ferry to catch to leave the island. I asked the front desk the day before if I could get a packed breakfast to go, and they said yes. But then the next day, they said no. The service quality is inconsistent and lacks a unified standard."

Everything was smooth and well taken care of from check-in to check-out. "Lovely part of Lipe, you can do to the water and do snorkeling right away. I got a room near the beach on the first floor. Spacious with all windows so you can make your room quite bright. The problem is you can hear everything than happens on the second floor , it was quite annoying when people came and started walking and it woke me up. Breakfast is so so but eatable. Coffee and tea are free the whole day. One manager was extremely helpful and everytime was coming to ask her she was more than willing to help or solve my problems! I will post her picture here she was really great!"

The entire landscape around the resort is beautifully maintained, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Another big plus is that the hotel is very close to the immigration area, which is convenient for travelers. Overall, Bundhaya Villa is a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it."

"Great Hotel located on Sunrise beach. The beach was stunning and we were lucky as it was not a lot of boat in front the hotel which was highly appreciated. The room was big, with a modern decoration and the direct access to the pool enjoyable. The breakfast options were enough and as per our expectations. Will go back to this hotel when back to Lipe."

"This is another hotel I've stayed at more than once. I love the location, the ambiance, and the hotel's service. The staff are warm and impressive in their care. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was also clean and large. My sea view room had an outdoor chair where I could relax and enjoy the pleasant scenery and fresh air. There's also a park behind the hotel for walks and exercise."
