"Host was very warm and welcoming us when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay even only for 1 night. They provide water dispenser which is very convenient. Some games card and physical were also provided and my kids love to play them. It makes them occupied than attached to their gadget. The bed is soooo comfy. We really love this villa and will book this villa when we plan to go to Satun again.

"The atmosphere was great this time, the garden was beautifully arranged, the flowers were lovely, and the staff's service was as good as ever. The only thing I have to criticize is the check-out process. I understood that check-out was at 12:00, but the staff called 10 minutes beforehand, which I found confusing and didn't like feeling pressured. When I checked the app later, I saw that check-out was actually at 11:00 AM, but the staff didn't clearly communicate the check-out time. A small improvement here would be great; everything else was good."

"The resort is with a serene environment, located near the town centre and a short distance from the night market and the Satun Central Mosque. The receptionist and staff were very courteous. When we arrived, the room was full of ants, and the housekeeping staff sprayed the room with insecticide and cleaned the room immediately."

We arrived late at night..there was no front desk at 12+ midnight..we didn't call up earlier to advise our late arrival too.. a room key a flash light and a simple note placed on front desk is surprisingly more than enough to make us felt welcomed and thought for. thumbs up.. The place is beautiful and calming...Simple breakfast was served and all is good..Would definitely return.."

"This bungalow-style resort by Sunset Beach is really lovely. The check-in deposit is just 100 THB.
I really enjoyed the hotel's layout—it's only a five-minute walk to a 7-Eleven, which is super handy.
The hotel's beach area is pretty small and often has boats around, so if you'd like to go snorkeling, I'd suggest walking about 10 minutes to the east side of the beach. For calm, beautiful turquoise water, head to the north tip of the island—it's about 30 minutes from the hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort offers massage services, a diving club, and yoga classes.
A quick note on the bungalow I stayed in: there was no hot water, quite a few mosquitoes, and the lighting was fairly dim since it's nestled among gardens and other houses. The hotel also follows an eco-friendly policy to save electricity."

Koh Lipe isn't very big, and you can reach a beach with just a short walk. It's perfect for those who don't necessarily need a sea-view room but prefer a private bungalow."

No. 4 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Satun Province"I felt the service at Saren was excellent, the staff were incredibly genuine, so I, who rarely write reviews, couldn't resist writing one this time. The room view was absolutely stunning! The water pressure in the bathroom was fine for me. Finally, I have to mention that the hotel's private beach truly has crystal clear water and fine, white sand – so fine you'll want to just walk barefoot on it like a massage. We also ate at the hotel restaurant; two of us ate until we were stuffed, including drinks, and with the room discount, it came to 1600 baht. Combined with the ambiance and views, it was really great. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Special thanks to the waiter at the restaurant, the lady at the front desk, and the guys at the water sports center for their service!"
