"The resort is with a serene environment, located near the town centre and a short distance from the night market and the Satun Central Mosque. The receptionist and staff were very courteous. When we arrived, the room was full of ants, and the housekeeping staff sprayed the room with insecticide and cleaned the room immediately."

Host was very warm and welcoming us when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay even only for 1 night. They provide water dispenser which is very convenient. Some games card and physical were also provided and my kids love to play them. It makes them occupied than attached to their gadget. The bed is soooo comfy. We really love this villa and will book this villa when we plan to go to Satun again.

"It's a very quiet small town. I didn't expect that the receptionist was a Thai girl who studied Chinese in Chongqing. The hotel is in a good location, the room is good overall, and the hygiene is also very good."

The sea view pool room is right outside the beach, and you can borrow the hotel's double dinghy and snorkeling equipment for free. The hotel has a rich breakfast. Choose in advance according to your needs. The spa environment and service are good. But the price is a bit expensive. You can pre-deposit and recharge when checking in, and there will be a bonus. But it will not be refunded if you don't use it up. Finally, I had a big meal when I checked out. Overall, it's still very good.

Facilities: The cabins are natural-style, with poor sound insulation, but the advantages are not enough. It is acceptable for the scenery.
Hygiene: Cleaning is very timely. Basically, our room can be cleaned before noon, which is in sharp contrast with Ananya.
Environment: Absolutely 100 points. We went to all three beaches. If you are with children, you must choose sunrise. First of all, there is a reef at the entrance of October. You can see many crabs and small fish in the evening; secondly, there are shade trees, and children are not afraid of sun exposure when playing in the sand.
Service: The service is excellent. On the last day, we moved to Ananya and were sent there by boat. The front desk stood on the beach and waved goodbye to us, which was very enthusiastic. The most common thing I heard from the front desk these days is that it’s ok, whatever you want. The hotel has various snorkeling supplies, beach toys, and life jackets for rent, all free of charge.
Breakfast is a menu, which is relatively simple, but tastes good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are too lazy to go out, you can choose to eat directly in the hotel.
All in all, really like it here!

IIGORFantastic place, attention to each detail, beautiful hotel territory, well designed room with a unique design, very rich and tasty breakfast buffet. We stayed in Garden Villa close to the beach and it was wonderful. Food and drink in the beach bar are of a good level and reasonable prices, their young coconuts are fantastically fresh. Staff is incredible and try to assist you with everything. Keep in mind that hotel is spread over the hill, we had beach level villa, but there are many that are located upper and you have to climb many stairs. But for a short climbing it’s fine, good for health. Though can be a big minus for older travelers. Definitely I will stay here again on my next visit to Lipe.

OOlgazlatGreat location. We usually left the hotel and went to the right side of the beach, and there were fewer boats and more places in the shade.
We booked a small house with a fan - there are two in the room, but one was enough for us. The windows are partially glazed + mesh, the audibility is high (neighbors at 7 am do not think that others can sleep). The territory is green, lots of plantings, floral decor.
Refrigerator, kettle, TV with a set-top box (nothing to watch), glasses and mugs, coffee + sugar + cream.
In the bathroom there is gel, shampoo, caps, toothbrushes with mini paste. Always hot water with good pressure.
Cleaning upon request. Water and toilet paper were put daily.
The staff is super, they respond quickly, always smiling.
We asked in advance in what's app what time and which ferry we will arrive. Upon arrival, they met us on the beach and took the luggage to the house.
The only thing is that there is not enough light, one light bulb inside the house.

We had a room near the restaurant and front desk. The accommodations were clean and the room had all the amenities of home including a romantic outside bath. The grounds were kept up the pool was sparkling And of course the beach that was only a few hundred feet from our room was amazing

Room is big and spacious, the only thing not good is the water pipe is leakage. The floor is quite oily and I almost fall down for few times. Other than that hotel facility is good, got a welcome drink upon arrival. Free snorkelling glass and kayak.
Breakfast is good too .
Forgot what's the name of the staff at the breakfast bar, but the curly hair boy did a great job serving the breakfast.

We spent an incredible 9 days in a Grand Garden room and it was great. Location location location! Very nice staff everywhere and the shuttle to walking street was effective. You can book all of your transportation with them through email and even book a private boat to come pick you up for a day (DO IT!).
Con’s: 1 Groundwater supply. It is brown and ruined multiple clothing items of white color. 2 Breakfast: while there was a large selection, only a select few items were healthy options. Symbolic cafe at the beach has way better options, but it’s expensive and not included. The orange juice is fake with sugar and so are the other drinks available. Again the staff were great but please consider removing the gesture from the man at 10am who tells each table that breakfast is ending. There are signs and the timing is listed in the booking details, it felt insincere and you could tell he wasn’t comfortable doing it either. 3 the cleaner was ineffective, leaving the ground water stains to build up in the sink and the toilet. Changed sheets every 3 days even though they were brown from the water. She was kind and sincere.

AAivlysssInitially, I was impressed by the lush greenery and the serene atmosphere as I stepped into the villa. The overall ambiance was pleasant. Although I had booked a sea view room for my first time, I realized that the sea was not directly in front of my room as expected. Nonetheless, I could still catch a glimpse of the sea, so it was acceptable.
Regarding the room facilities, I found that the air conditioning wasn't sufficiently cooling despite setting it to the lowest temperature. Given the extreme heat in Koh Lipe, I had anticipated a cooler room environment. Another aspect to mention is that the villa provided only two small bottles of water per room. When I requested additional bottles at the front desk, I was surprised to learn that they were available at their mart and i could actually purchase on my own.
I also observed that the pathways outside the villa were somewhat hazardous, especially since the area is still under development. I wouldn't recommend walking through these areas due to the lack of lighting and uneven road conditions, with puddles of water present.
As for breakfast, there weren't many options available, and the staff seemed somewhat inattentive. Considering the room charges per night, I had expected a higher level of service. Despite these issues, I still managed to enjoy my stay overall.

It's accommodation that truly gives you the feeling of being immersed in nature. The architecture is beautifully designed and harmonizes with the surroundings, creating a sense of peace and seclusion — truly fitting for the name ”Cast Away.”
The staff provide excellent service. It's safe for solo travelers, and I made some lovely new friends. However, it's not suitable for those who are sensitive to heat, as there is no air conditioning

The house looks cheerful, simple inside, but the air conditioning is excellent, the water heater works, the water pressure is good. 2 bottles of water every day. Excellent breakfast, delicious, a lot, appetizingly served! The location is right on the beach, a nice small pool, a view of the ocean at breakfast. Perfectly working Wi-Fi in the cafe area by the pool, calls, files, everything without problems. A good beach is 100 meters to the left, the bottom is sandy, there are fewer boats there.
