Pros:
The staff are the loveliest people on Planet Earth
No loud music at any time, very quiet
Sensational food and service, very smiley staff ready to help with anything
Private beach is a real bonus
The setting is fabulous. Among the rainforest and with the sound of the sea rocking you to sleep
Epic sunsets
Great breakfasts
Cons (being really picky):
The air con unit in our room was a bit loud
The pool in our room (honeymoon villa) was a little bit smaller than I expected
The decor could be updated
Weâll be coming back here time and time again for sure. Thank you Casa de Lipe for making our time on Koh Lipe very memorable!

SsyikinixBeautiful boutique resort on the south end of Sunrise Beach. Room is beautiful, comfortable and the view is gorgeous. Breakfast is delicious and served in room but it does get a bit repetitive after a few days. View is amazing, but take note that the balcony is right facing sunrise so the sun is in your face in the morning, we couldnât have breakfast on the balcony because of the heat. The beach is I think the best on the island. Beware hotel is on a cliff sooo some stairs to get to room and beach, would not recommend for small kids.
