"First time in this hotel, it is clean and spacious. The only downside is that there was a fire alarm went on around 10pm due to a drunk couple turning on the fire alarm. Then all of us need to go down to the hotel lobby and stayed over 15-20 mins for nothing."
"Good value for money, new facilities, good bedding, convenient transportation, a good place to go to the coastline of the northern Highway 1, walking distance to large supermarkets, restaurants, fast food restaurants. Recommended!"
"It wasn’t bad considering the price & location. Had a little bit of a dirty feel & parking felt sketchy with so many people on bikes walking around the parking lot. Staff was very friendly & kind. It gets noisy here. But a plus for being able to cook my own food with the kitchenette!"

"The place is clean and quiet, especially safer for children. All facilities have no sharp corners, so it is absolutely safe for children. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I travel."
"The 2 bedroom queen was super clean and a very nice view. Zero noise, we could also see the entire pool view. Hot tub and pool a huge hit. We try the bar lounge, kinda quiet but we were there on a Thursday night so didn't expect a party happening. SUPER nice staff, very affordable and breakfast was very very good and a big variety. I would definitely recommend this place. "

Great
GGuest UserThe service was decent, really sucks the pool is closed though, they should have a roster and allow a family at a time to use pool in my opinion :). The breakfast is a water, orange, and granola bar, heh. Really love the atmosphere here though as they have beautiful assortment of trees and flowers throughout their property! Alot of good things going on here, but the prices are a bit steep! But overall this is my favorite hotel in the area.
BBrendadamowangAs soon as I entered the hotel, I felt like I was passing through time. Although the room equipment was old and there was a smell of years, it did not affect my liking for it.
Because it is close to the roadside, it will be a bit noisy at night, and overall it is still a good night's sleep.
The only thing that disappointed me was the service attitude at the front desk, a thin white lady, who spoke perfunctorily and was full of discrimination against Asians.
The hotel is very good, I hope to come again, but I am worried that there will be this unpleasant experience...
GGuest UserThe trip started out poorly because Trip.com's payment was invalid. We had to text your staff for close to an hour before we could check into our room, so were late meeting our family members for lunch. The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. So we weren't very happy with Trio.com's service. How could something like this happen, where your payment wasn't valid? I would like a discount on my next trip due to that problem.
Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family.
The only curve ball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again.
We do hope that Trip.com makes good on the billing issue so we will use your site again.

JJayI had a very long 18 Night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time. The breakfast was AMAZING and the best thing by far. I am sure other reviews will mention the breakfast and I was not disappointed. The room was plenty spacious and had a delightful little patio around the swimming area. The staff was very diligent with the cleaning which was daily. I would certainly stay again for the breakfast. This location was perfect for my stay in Santa Rosa with plenty of options for just about anything within walking distance. 9/10 overall
AAnonymous UserShout out to Berlin at the front desk. Every time I came back or left for the day, she always acknowledged me by my name and was always super friendly and helpful. Convenient location right off the freeway, next to Kaiser and close to a lot of wineries. This is a great place if you’re traveling with family. Spacious rooms, small, kitchenette, complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking. They have laundry onsite as well.
