I am satisfied with the very polite correspondence! It's just an hour's drive from San Francisco, and the location and facilities are clean and satisfying!

Close to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely will recommend it.

Good value for money, new facilities, good bedding, convenient transportation, a good place to go to the coastline of the northern Highway 1, walking distance to large supermarkets, restaurants, fast food restaurants. Recommended!

Staying at the Hyatt was wonderful! Everyone was very accommodating really easy to check and check out They even had a continental breakfast I have not seen a motel with a breakfast in a long time

I had a very long 18 Night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time. The breakfast was AMAZING and the best thing by far. I am sure other reviews will mention the breakfast and I was not disappointed. The room was plenty spacious and had a delightful little patio around the swimming area. The staff was very diligent with the cleaning which was daily. I would certainly stay again for the breakfast. This location was perfect for my stay in Santa Rosa with plenty of options for just about anything within walking distance. 9/10 overall

It is a simple motel. Only the passengers passing by, the breakfast is only buffet coffee, ice milk, bread, plus a banana, a black man, no Chinese, no place to sit, RMB 1,200 a night, in this In a village, I can only say that I earn RMB in China to spend the US dollars, and I can’t afford to hurt.

It wasn’t bad considering the price & location. Had a little bit of a dirty feel & parking felt sketchy with so many people on bikes walking around the parking lot. Staff was very friendly & kind. It gets noisy here. But a plus for being able to cook my own food with the kitchenette!

Shout out to Berlin at the front desk. Every time I came back or left for the day, she always acknowledged me by my name and was always super friendly and helpful. Convenient location right off the freeway, next to Kaiser and close to a lot of wineries. This is a great place if you’re traveling with family. Spacious rooms, small, kitchenette, complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking. They have laundry onsite as well.
