"The hotel was very nice! The rooms were clean and modern and the service was great. We thought there would be a microwave in the room and there was not, but there was a sizable mini fridge so that worked for us. The continental breakfast was included in our stay and it was great! Several options and the food was very good. The room was quiet and it was located near many attractions, such as the Museum of Natural History. It was only about a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches and the SB Zoo as well. We had our 5-year-old with us and it was family friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay."

"The room has a kitchen, you can cook, and the kitchenware is clean. The bathroom is white, which looks clean, but the air conditioning and toilet facilities are very old. The air conditioning faces the big bed and is covered with thick dust. Fortunately, it doesn't need to be turned on in this season. I originally booked here to wash and dry clothes, but the washing machine and dryer were too dirty and I didn't dare to use them. It was not quiet at night, there was a factory noise, and the sound of planes taking off and landing was quite loud at dawn. The parking lot charges $15 a day. The overall stay experience was average."

"The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. The breakfast was complete with bread, cereal, milk, coffee, bacon, fruit and yogurt. I had a great time. The hotel is right on the beach, with the blue sea and white sandy beaches visible. Walk ten minutes along the seaside to the pier. There are several seafood restaurants. The delicacies made with fresh crabs and lobster shells are wide and of good quality, absolutely delicious. Moreover, the hotel is not far from the Grand Court, and there are buses passing through the door, which is very convenient. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, but we didn't go swimming due to lack of time."

"Very satisfied stay. Although I opened the door with a key 🔑, I found that all the facilities were exquisite and fashionable when I entered the room, especially the bath towels and floor towels were very soft and I felt that the quality was very good. There is a kitchen, oven, microwave, tableware, but I used the coffee machine, and there is coffee powder in the kitchen to make my own coffee.
Walking to the beach and the train station is very close, no bicycles have been tried, but the hotel can provide."

GGuest UserWas here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are.
The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

月月禅Breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, with cereal, bread, cake, coffee, simple but sufficient. The location of the hotel is superb. Go out and turn right and walk 3 minutes to the beach, and 5-6 minutes to the pier. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful and very friendly, 24 hours a day, and I am very patient to call for consultation if something happens at night.

RrobertaAbsolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

GGarciaThe hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽
