Only 5 minutes drive to downtown Santa Barbara, less than a mile to Montecito. Close to 101 freeway, short drive to beach, restaurants, and across the street to park and tennis courts with pickle ball. City bike rentals one block away. Off street parking for one car. P.S. there is some freeway noise outside but very minimal inside.
