"We booked a Japanese-style room for four with futons on tatami mats. The bedding was a bit firm but acceptable. The room wasn't very big, but it was very clean.
The hotel's location was great, right in the city center. There's an art museum on the second floor of the same building, featuring a Picasso painting, but photography isn't allowed. Admission for adults is 1000 JPY. In this regard, it doesn't quite measure up to the Getty Museum, which is massive, free, and permits photography.
The hotel breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options and was very generous. Nearby attractions include Kawagoe Ichibangai and Hikawa Shrine, where you can pray for good fortune.
I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Furuhashi at the front desk! I was trying to book ferry tickets online from Aomori to Hakodate but encountered a problem; I couldn't navigate the Japanese website. Ms. Furuhashi very patiently helped me book tickets for my whole family on her phone, a process that took a full 40 minutes. She solved a huge problem for me, as all our subsequent hotels were already booked, and if we hadn't secured those tickets, our entire itinerary would have needed to be rearranged. We can't thank her enough! We're currently on the ferry to Hakodate, and I'd give her ten thousand thumbs up!👍"
"I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It's conveniently located not too far from Omiya Station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to try the spa, so I can’t comment on that part. But overall, it was a very pleasant experience."
"The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are significantly more spacious than what you'd typically find in Tokyo. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation and is roughly three times larger than those in similarly priced hotels near Ueno. It's under a 10-minute walk from Omiya West Exit, with incredibly convenient shopping and dining options nearby. I misplaced my room key once during my stay, and they replaced it free of charge. Ctrip's dynamic pricing felt quite aggressive, but luckily, it was a business trip, so I didn't dwell on it. There are no tall buildings in the vicinity, offering a pleasant view from the window. Omiya is also a major transportation hub, making it easy to travel anywhere. Ueno is just over 20 minutes away by train. It's a viable alternative for accommodation when visiting Tokyo."
"I stayed here to go to an event at Saitama Super Arena! It was very close and convenient, and there were many convenience stores and places to eat nearby, which was helpful! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious, so I was very satisfied! If I go to Saitama Super Arena again, this hotel will be my only choice!"
"It's close to the station, so it's easy to find and I didn't get lost. I was there after an event at Saitama Super Arena, so it was great that it was close to the arena. However, the amenities included lotion and emulsion, so I bought them at a nearby convenience store. It was good that the convenience store was on the second floor, but it would have been better if they had lotion and other items. I'd like to use it again next time."
"Have stayed more many times.. always one of my preferred choice when staying around Omiya.. walking distance to Omiya station, super convenient for food and groceries.. Sogo, Big Camera is around the corner too.. there is also Limousine Bus service right opposite of the hotel, but sadly, after COVID, the service is only to Haneda airport.. no more to Narita.. hope the later would be back soon!"
"Super awesome...stayed in this hotel for 5 nights...
Not far from Omiya Station...lots of food nearby...
The key is that it can project screens...and the dryer is super big...
Went to the nearby Kawagoe Koedo...and took a bath..."
"First time in Japan, to watch Yuzuru Hanyu's ice show in Saitama, a friend recommended the hotel, close to the station, very convenient for taking the bus, very friendly front desk service, excellent soundproofing in the room, stayed for 4 nights, the air conditioner was not turned on and it was not cold, the windows were large, the view was good, the breakfast was also delicious, but I found that Japanese people eat very little, I would always add more if it was not enough. Free coffee, green tea, black tea, hot water and ice water in the lobby, really convenient!"
"Watch the ice show at the opposite Yuyu Super Stadium.
The show is over and you can see it through the overpass.
The front desk directly checked in with a passport and took the room card.
The single room is quite spacious, well-equipped, and the hygiene is in place.
The TV shows breakfast buffet messages, WIFI passwords and other check-in messages.
The next day's buffet breakfast had a special colored rice with jade.
I have glutinous rice, finished two bowls in the morning 😂
Very good stay experience, next time I see the show, I will stay again."
"Perfect for traveling alone. The shower room and powder room were beautiful. I used the capsule hotel for the first time, but it was nice to be safe and quiet in the women-only area. I didn't use the food drink bar, but when I looked at it late at night, there were only men, so I thought it would be easier if there was a wider eating space. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in, so I was saved."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located, about a 6-7 minute walk from Omiya Station. The ground floor lobby has a pleasant atmosphere, and complimentary hot and cold drinks are provided. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of hot dishes. The room itself felt a bit small, and to my surprise, it didn't have central air conditioning. However, the two beds could be pushed together, with one side against the wall, making it perfectly sufficient for two adults and one child. It's newly renovated, and overall, the cleanliness was excellent.
GGuest UserThe receptionist was very kind and spoke kindly and politely.I thought that she was a very nice person and I wanted to learn from her. It was a pleasant 1 night and 2 days. thank you very much. We will use you again.
GGuest UserThe location is great, especially for accessing Shinsadong. Considering Shinsadong is generally a bit off the beaten path, this location is actually quite good.
The welcome drink, however, was disappointing and its availability seemed inconsistent. As for the complimentary amenities offered at the entrance, I felt some staff members gave me judgmental looks, making me feel watched – as if I was taking too many. This was strange because I only took one per day, or sometimes none at all, yet I still had this odd feeling of being monitored.
On a more positive note, housekeeping was incredibly quiet, which was perfect for relaxing even if I slept in late. I enjoyed the train view from my room (though I understand not all rooms have this). Overall, most of the staff were friendly. The bathtub was small, but the water quality was excellent.
OOnocchiI stayed overnight at this hotel during a business trip. The hotel is located in a quiet area, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The entrance was a little hard to find, so I've included a photo. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and I was able to relax and unwind after work. I would definitely stay again if I have the opportunity.
AAnonymous UserYou can walk from Omiya Station. There are no buses passing by. The hotel is good and has all the amenities. There is an onsen. The staff is friendly. The hotel is quite modern. No key card is used. You need a code to enter the room. The breakfast is tasty. Everything is good except when booking, the information said the room size was 23 square meters with 2 large beds. But when checking in, the room was really small. Not sure why the room information didn't match what I wanted. I booked through Trip because I wanted a room with 2 beds and was a little disappointed.
HHAOHAO1002The hotel is very close to the station within 3 minutes walk. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel to buy things, but the hot water in the bathroom is very long before it is hot. It is cold immediately after washing. The longest wait is 5 minutes.
DDerek RamuThere is a large shopping mall nearby, and it is also close to Omiya Station. It is convenient to go to Omiya Park and the Railway Museum. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are relatively old, but I personally think it's okay.
TTAKUMI WANFUThe location is excellent. One minor suggestion: I would prefer the option to check in earlier than the specified time and have a later check-out.
GGuest UserThis time, it will be the first use of 3 (about 1 years).
Why I used it
Parking lot because you use the cherry blossom car: wide and easy to stop!
Reasonable price setting: What a breakfast (selectable meal)!
・ : Open air wind あり! Self-vendor machine の commodity price →コンビニ and みです!
Excellent cost-effectiveness! We will use it if we have the opportunity in the future, so thank you.
