"We love Candeo Hotel, staffs are responsive and helpful. We checked in late at night and have to store our luggages at the premise since we are travelling to other area and return to stay at the hotel again. "Have stayed more many times.. always one of my preferred choice when staying around Omiya.. walking distance to Omiya station, super convenient for food and groceries.. Sogo, Big Camera is around the corner too.. there is also Limousine Bus service right opposite of the hotel, but sadly, after COVID, the service is only to Haneda airport.. no more to Narita.. hope the later would be back soon!"

"Fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location—just a 5-minute walk from the Haneda Airport Limousine Bus stop. The room was spacious (by Tokyo standards), modern, and spotless. Perfect for a convenient stopover as we arrived late at night before catching the Hokuriku Shinkansen the next day.

"It's very close to the station, and you can see the trains going by on the tracks from the window of your room.
There's a convenience store, bakery, 100-yen shop, etc. in the same building as the hotel, so it's convenient. There's a complex on the other side of the tracks, so if you're staying for a long time and suddenly need something, you can get it done right away.
The coin laundry on the 6th floor has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, which was convenient to use. The washing machine was 300 yen with detergent. The dryer was 100 yen for 30 minutes, and both were paid for with 100-yen coins."

"Came to Saitama to watch Hanyu's ice show, and chose this hotel which is close to Omiya Station, about 7-8 minutes walk. Very satisfied, especially the hygiene, very clean, spare slippers at the door, change shoes when entering. The table is also very large, convenient for placing items. The bathroom space is sufficient, the shower head is very comfortable, the water is also purified, and the hair is not dry after taking a shower. The view outside the window is also very good, the disadvantage is that it is a bit difficult to open the window. The trash cans are classified into recyclable and non-recyclable. The staff starts cleaning at 9 o'clock every morning, it is really clean, and the attitude is particularly good. Overall very satisfied. The disadvantage is that the pillow is hard. There is a pillow rack at the elevator entrance, which is divided according to the softness and hardness. It is recommended to take a pillow when checking in, otherwise there will be no pillow at night. The first night, I used clothes as a pillow. "First time in Japan, to watch Yuzuru Hanyu's ice show in Saitama, a friend recommended the hotel, close to the station, very convenient for taking the bus, very friendly front desk service, excellent soundproofing in the room, stayed for 4 nights, the air conditioner was not turned on and it was not cold, the windows were large, the view was good, the breakfast was also delicious, but I found that Japanese people eat very little, I would always add more if it was not enough. Free coffee, green tea, black tea, hot water and ice water in the lobby, really convenient!"

GGuest UserI was looking forward to breakfast, but it was disappointing. There were no side dishes, such as natto, nama*, seaweed, wieners, sausages, or bacon. The main side dishes were fried chicken and yakisoba on the first day, and mini hamburger steak and spaghetti Napolitana on the second day, which I felt were not suitable for breakfast. I remember that the breakfast was plentiful when I stayed at the Omiya branch, but I wonder if it's different from before or if it depends on the branch... Also, the room is very small, so it's difficult to organize your luggage. I went with two suitcases and a 45-liter backpack, so it was difficult. There is no space other than the bed. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a good place for those who want to be close to the station, have little luggage, and don't care about breakfast.

I think the location and size of the room were good, but the cleanliness of the room (smell, there was a lot of dust in the air conditioner outlet. Etiquette box The things used by the previous person remained in the room and it became uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly, so I felt that I should have been a little more careful.

TTianguI stayed here during a live show at Tama Arena. It's been renovated and is beautiful, and I'm glad they have a hot spring. And best of all, the breakfast was so satisfying! It was delicious. They also looked after my luggage and the staff were kind, so I recommend it.

The room was larger than I thought.
The sound of opening and closing the door next door was worried, and the noisy feeling peculiar to the downtown was not very much.
Check-in, out was very easy and thought it was a hotel that could be easily stayed.
