"Pros 1. The hotel can park for free, but parking is limited. 2. The rooms are fully equipped. There are ovens, cutlery, refrigerators, bread juices and milk in the refrigerator for free use. 3. Very close to the beach, 5 minutes walk, the environment is better. 4. The surrounding facilities are quite complete, walking distance to 7-11, pizza hut, Chinese restaurant, fast food restaurant. 5. After entering the hotel entrance at 22:00, you need to brush the door for self-service. Cons 1. Calling the apartment, the hardware and the accessories are good, but the building type is a bit like a luxury motel. If you plan to go to the beach near Melbourne, drive by car and hope to have free parking, it is highly recommended."

Extremely comfortable queen sized loft bedroom. Flat screen TV with free Netflix, and luxurious leather couch!This oversized one bedroom loft apartment is bursting with period detail and features a certain warehouse cool that simply can’t be created. It is brilliantly located on quiet Park Street, right in the cafe culture and lifestyle synonymous with St Kilda. The loft has direct access to the Catani gardens and St Kilda foreshore as your playground and is only 100m from famous Fitzroy Street. The CBD is a short 12 minute tram ride away, with a stop on your doorstep. "We had a delightful little stay , 3nights all up. The extra bed we asked for was there bathroom was a good size for three of us and totally quiet at night which, in a n8ghtspot, was pleasing. One stain on an item of bedding was noticed but didn't spoil anything"

"The shared bathroom and the room were simple and clean. The room was a little dusty but clean.
The heating was on and we could use it freely, which was nice.
Sometimes there were all kinds of smells (smoke outside and the delicious smell of cooking in the shared kitchen), but I was fine with it."

"Very good value for money. The hotel is nicely renovated with no waste in space. Sheets are very clean and bed is comfortable. Room is neat and has no smell. The only issue is that it could be very nosey during the weekend because there is a bar in the ground floor. I didn’t experience it because I stayed in weekdays."

"Very artistic hotel design but facilities are old. The location is 30mins tram away from main city which is acceptable and not too crowded. But it’s not in free tram zone.The staffs are very nice and helpful."

"Only stayed one night to work in quite and great for that. Apartment was spacious and had everything you need however it had an odd lay out . A coffee station near kitchen but mire in lounge then a weird desk that was used as a pots and oan cabinet closer to lounge as well . Huge amount of pots and pans but not ione knife. Just nit thought out from perspective if patron. Tga stret its situated on is amazing. The church opposite is special. Infact every building was old and architecturally beautiful.. great place to stay in autumn with the shedding leaves for effect.. it was quiet and was nice but decoecboring, drab, and oddly laud out. I like to feel a warmth and inviting energy when I enter a hotel this was just there to give you twhsy u need to stay away from home for a night in a 1 bedroom apartment in a picturesque street in stkilda...."

"Because the downtown hotel is too expensive, I booked a hotel 15 minutes drive from the city center. The room looks a bit old overall, but it is still clean. The wooden door of the toilet cannot be completely closed because of the dampness, and it is a bit inconvenient to have a hair dryer, others are acceptable."
