"Facilities: The facilities are excellent, with a bathtub and a small fridge. Soaking in the tub after walking 20,000 steps a day was incredibly relaxing, and you could even watch TV (though the TV programs seemed to repeat; I watched the same news two days in a row). It was a sea-view room, directly facing the Macau Tower, perfect for photos. There's also an infinity pool on the 2nd floor, open at 8 AM. It's great for swimming, taking pictures, and checking in. Just remember to bring your room key card for registration. There are changing rooms and showers, and they provide slippers. The lighting in the morning is fantastic for photos. Environment: The hotel is located inside a mall. There's a slope to get in, but you can avoid it by taking another route: from MGM, there's an underpass that leads directly to the hotel lobby (L floor). If you enter from the slope side, you'll be on the G floor, and you'll need to go down one escalator to check in. The location is close to MGM and Wynn, so you can easily use MGM's shuttle bus. I never needed to use the hotel's shuttle. Service: The front desk staff was very thorough and attentive. A MOP 1000 deposit is required. I had seen on Xiaohongshu (a social media platform) that some people had deductions from their deposit, so I asked the front desk what was chargeable. The deposit refund was quite fast; I checked out at 11 AM and had already received it by the time I wrote this review. The hotel also provides a set of discount coupons. I think they'd be quite a good deal for family trips (or at least for two people), but I was traveling solo so I didn't use them. Both the G-floor exit (next to Pop Mart, where food deliveries are also picked up) and the L-floor exit have staff guiding guests and helping to call taxis. However, I didn't think it was necessary, haha. I took the elevator directly to B2, followed the signs, and asked for directions to MGM (thanks to Xiaohongshu tips) to catch MGM's shuttle bus to the airport. It cost 0 MOP, and the bus ride was about 20 minutes, with two stops at border crossings – very convenient."

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"Stayed at this hotel 12 years ago, and decided to revisit. I'm impressed by how well the rooms have been renovated and maintained; it's still a great choice. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Rua da Cunha. Plus, there's a Haidilao hotpot on the first floor, and the third floor has a good selection of brands, including Pop Mart, which even carries items that are sold out in mainland China."

"The room was incredibly clean and the environment was great. Being able to book a sea-view room for a few hundred yuan is definitely a good deal. However, the receptionist at the breakfast restaurant on the second floor had a terrible attitude. Today is Mother's Day, and when I tried to use a voucher for breakfast, she said it couldn't be used. Isn't that a bit harsh for married women? It's not even a national holiday; she just didn't want us to use the voucher and made up an excuse. I'm speechless. But the hotel's concierge service was absolutely amazing! Everyone was fantastic, especially Orange, who was incredibly patient and helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. Truly superb!"

"Overall, I was very satisfied with the room. Compared to the trendy, 'influencer-style' hotels popular these days, I much prefer the vintage charm of this established hotel. The facilities aren't brand new, but they are impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, showing a meticulousness typical of older establishments. The location is also excellent, with most attractions within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The only minor disappointment was that even though there were vacant sea-view rooms, we weren't offered an upgrade. We specifically chose to visit on a weekday when the occupancy rate wasn't high, so this was a bit of a shame."

A mere 5 minutes' drive from the Macau Ferry Terminal, the Hotel Golden Dragon enjoys close proximity to a variety of local points of interest such as 'Fisherman's Wharf, local shopping and entertainment centers, the Chinese border and the airport. The hotel is set in a popular business district serviced by colorful food courts. Guests have the opportunity to experience the charm and hospitality of the hotel's 24-hour luxury room service and entertainment services. Most rooms here offer panoramic vistas of Fisherman's Wharf and of the Friendship Bridge, which frames the islands of Taipa as well as the Macau peninsula.

"Arrived at the hotel at 11 AM and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, helping us check in early and even upgrading us to a business room. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was very efficient, with distinct areas for the bathroom, sleeping, and a small living space. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The hotel's location is super convenient for transport. It's right next to the Sands Hotel, and just a short walk to catch a bus from Sands directly to The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian. Lotus Square is right next to the hotel, and behind it is Macau Polytechnic University. If you want to visit the Ruins of St. Paul's, it's about a twenty-minute walk. Fisherman's Wharf is directly opposite the hotel, and there's a bus stop right on the side of the hotel, making getting around incredibly easy. For this price, given the location and the hotel's quality, I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau."

There's plenty to do nearby, with House of Dancing Water, Kids' City and The Parisian Macao all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Macau hotel offers parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"The facilities here are incredibly comprehensive, and the concierge service is top-notch. From the moment we stepped out of the car, everyone was so welcoming and guided us every step of the way. They even have a fun check-in game, though our time was a bit too short to complete all the tasks – we'll definitely have to come back for that! The hygiene was impeccable, and the ambiance can only be described as opulent and very British. We ordered breakfast in the hotel, and the service was outstanding; the service fee was absolutely worth it. The breakfast portions were huge; my child and I couldn't even finish it all. The family room was incredibly comfortable, and my child was thrilled with the complimentary small toys. I spent ages choosing a hotel and saw a lot of negative reviews, but after actually staying here, I honestly have no idea where those bad reviews came from. Shopping is super convenient, and there's a free hotel shuttle to other places. They even thoughtfully tell you the shuttle times. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally beautiful and gentle. After we finished the check-in process, she even walked us to the elevator, afraid we might get lost, and introduced us to all the hotel's offerings: where to eat, where to shop, and where to catch the bus for excursions, including the bus schedule. All in all, it was a truly delightful trip. Macau gave us so many surprises, and my only regret is not staying longer. Next time, I'll definitely allocate more time to Macau. It's so clean everywhere and perfect for quietly appreciating your surroundings and unwinding. I've already shared my itinerary with my colleagues at work, and they've decided to follow my route! The hotel environment is excellent, and the bathtub was very clean. After a quick rinse, my child played in it for two hours and had a blast. Both the children's bed and the adult bed were very comfortable, and the soft pillows were great – they even have specific ones for sleeping and for leaning against. As for power outlets, they were all standard mainland China plugs, which was great. I had even bought an adapter, but didn't need it in either Hong Kong or Macau; Hong Kong hotels provide them, but in Macau, you can plug directly in. My stay at The Parisian this time was fantastic, looking forward to the next visit! Because I had to take a ferry back to Shenzhen and wasn't sure how to get there on my first visit, I called the front desk. They transferred me to the concierge, and everyone was incredibly enthusiastic and detailed, better than many apps. All my questions were answered. I called the front desk several times, and they were always so detailed and resolved all my issues. Loved it! Thank you!"

"I had such a wonderful stay at Studio City Macau and it became one of the most memorable parts of my trip. I was so happy and touched that the hotel prepared a room with an Eiffel Tower view exactly as I requested. They also surprised us with a birthday cake and beautiful balloon decorations because I mentioned that I would be celebrating an early birthday with my mother. It made the experience feel extra special and thoughtful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved that the air conditioning could be adjusted easily to the perfect temperature. The bathroom amenities were excellent quality, and the minibar was refilled daily. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. When I asked about where to find good egg tarts inside the building, the staff gave great recommendations and directions. One small downside was that the hotel shuttle bus stop was quite far from the main lobby — around a 300-meter walk toward the back of the building. However, everything else about the stay was amazing, so it still felt like a perfect and relaxing getaway. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future."

"Highly recommend for families with young children!!! We were a family of three with a child under two years old. When I booked, I didn't specify that I needed a bed rail. However, during check-in, the front desk staff noticed my child and proactively offered a bed rail. After they arranged for an attendant, she not only brought the bed rail but also moved and combined the beds for us – truly fantastic! I will definitely stay here again!! There was some construction outside, so I asked the front desk to arrange a higher floor, and the noise wasn't noticeable at all. The view from the window was also pleasant during our downtime. There are plenty of dining options nearby. If you're looking for convenience and a relaxed stay, this place is perfect. However, if it's your first time in Macau and your main goal is shopping and visiting landmark attractions, it might be more suitable to stay near the Ruins of St. Paul's."

"The Londoner Grand Macau – Suite Experience Review Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good night’s rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, we’ve experienced excellent service before—but what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level. During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means. The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family. We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests. The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau."
