"The room was spotless and tidy, and the service was attentive and warm. The housekeeping staff even thoughtfully delivered two bowls of Tremella soup to each room, along with a heartwarming note. The Tremella soup was the best I've ever had! The breakfast was abundant with a huge variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel. For a five-star hotel, the price is incredibly reasonable. This price point truly offers so many pleasant surprises. My daughter even specifically brought her swimsuit and enjoyed the pool for an hour. At check-out, they thoughtfully gave us a panda-themed small charm. Getting around from here is super convenient, and the parking lot even has EV charging stations. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Chengdu. Strongly recommend it to everyone!"

Hotel near Yulin Life Plaza and Tongzilin commercial area,Chengdu
"I specifically chose this 8-bed female dorm for my trip to Chengdu, and it totally exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Tongzilin subway station. It's incredibly easy to catch high-speed trains at Chengdu South Station or explore the eateries on Yulin Road. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants around the neighborhood, so you'll never have to worry about breakfast or dinner. Regarding safety and privacy: The common areas are equipped with surveillance cameras. I stayed for a week and felt comfortable leaving my laptop in the common area without any issues – everyone else did the same, so I followed suit. The Wi-Fi is also incredibly fast. The room environment is quiet, and the floors are separated by gender, with the entire second floor dedicated to female guests. Traveling alone, this made me feel especially secure. The 8-bed dorm room was much more spacious than I expected, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, making the room bright and airy during the day. The most pleasant surprise was having an en-suite bathroom with a separate wet and dry area! No need to wait in line for a shared bathroom or trek back and forth – it's incredibly convenient for women. There's even a dedicated vanity table, perfect for organizing skincare and makeup. Hygiene was also a big relief. I saw the cleaning staff tidying up every day, and the bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and comfortable. The bathroom was also impeccably maintained, with no unpleasant odors. The common area on the basement floor is also a great spot to hang out. It features a shared kitchen, washer/dryer, and a media room. If you don't feel like staying in your room after coming back at night, you can relax in the common area. The flowers in the outdoor garden are beautifully kept and make for lovely photo opportunities. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Chengdu!"

"We brought our child to Chengdu to visit the Panda Base, and we booked a non-smoking room. The room was spotless and tidy, and it even had a bathtub for soaking. To our delight, the hotel's robot was panda-themed, and there were many panda decorations in the lobby, which absolutely thrilled our child. The service was exceptional, especially Alex, who welcomed us warmly and patiently with a soft voice, even though we arrived quite late. They even prepared special toiletries for our child, which was a very thoughtful touch. We'll definitely choose this place again when we visit the Panda Base next time. Facilities: Excellent. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy, five-star rating. We didn't get to see Hua Hua this time, but I hope we can next time."

Every staff member was so enthusiastic, always greeting us with a smile and effectively resolving any issues. All in all, after our three-day, two-night stay, my son and I really didn't want to leave. My son even explicitly said he wanted to stay for a hundred days! Universal truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend everyone go and experience it for themselves."

"In Chengdu, I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a designer hotel—'Cheng She'! It perfectly blends the poetic charm of a Jiangnan garden with a cyberpunk futuristic vibe, creating a sensory feast that truly transcends time! 🛏️ Rooms: Future-forward Minimalism The 40-square-meter space is simple yet sophisticated. A pure white base combined with futuristic mirrored surfaces, featuring Eastern 'less is more' aesthetics in its details. Quiet and airy, it feels like living inside a high-end art installation. 🌿 Courtyard: A Cyber Garden Beyond Imagination The most striking part is the ground floor's public area! Outdoors, you'll find zen-inspired bonsai and a dry landscape garden, while indoors, it's a cyberpunk art space! Light and shadow intermingle, making every step a perfect backdrop for photos. 🖼️ Art Space: A Hotel Where You Can See Exhibitions? The hotel boasts its own 'Cheng Study' and a calligraphy and painting museum, showcasing traditional art in a futuristic way. Wandering through the hotel feels like visiting an art gallery, guaranteeing 100% photo-worthiness! 🍜 Dining: A Feast for Both Eyes and Palate I highly recommend the beef brisket noodles and handmade wontons for breakfast! The restaurant's design is also thoughtfully crafted, making even drinking juice feel more ceremonial! 📍 Super Convenient Location The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Exit C of Yangliuhe Metro Station. Right next door is the popular Liulangwan Night Market. Serene and upscale by day, it instantly blends into the bustling nightlife at dusk, offering the best of both worlds. 📸 Photo Tips I highly recommend bringing two outfits: Hanfu for capturing the garden's poetic beauty, and techwear for the cyberpunk future. One stay, two sets of stunning photos! 👉 If you're tired of generic hotels and looking for a unique space where you can stay, take photos, explore, and enjoy great food, 'Cheng She' definitely deserves a spot on your must-stay list!"
