Romantic Hotels in Phan Thiet

Typical product not as advertised. The room is too different from the pictures, which is disappointing. The worst thing is that it took more than an hour to check in. We couldn't communicate in the same language. They just said to wait for ten minutes! The apartment management is chaotic. The worst thing is that you have to turn on the hot water to take a shower yourself. As a result, the hot water in our room was broken and it was not repaired overnight. We had to boil water to wash our hair ourselves! It was really the first time on vacation! The next day, we asked to change rooms, and they said they had repaired it. 🤬By the way, they also said they wanted to collect our passports! We refused to give it to them and paid a deposit of 500,000! In short, there is no sense of service at all. Bad reviews, complaints, and not recommended! Except for the good scenery, I can't praise anything else!

Averaged scores..the development building was located too far from down town Mui Ne. The building is very high from ground..to be at lobby..it will need to take elevation at least 15 mins and too steep..very dangerous for old people and kids. Bed is too low from base..did not feel comfortable.. suggested to give better bed , more pillows and bed support be suffer will be perfect. Shower and toilet are clean..looked good except the toilet spray tube is too short…must change to be longer. Others are good and very safe place to stay long times. I choose to stay due to the pol and view from top are very beautiful. Tks
