Especially since we hadn't booked massages in advance, the front desk helped us book on the same day (definitely get a massage, the pressure is amazing! There are male masseurs too, which my husband loved, and some staff can communicate in English, so just go for it!). The restaurant also allows guests to use the microwave. However, compared to other resorts and hotels (we also stayed in Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City), I'd say the breakfast is just average. But for this price, including breakfast, the pool, amenities, and the scenery, we are very satisfied!"

I suddenly got my period, and a staff member at the front desk helped me buy what I needed, which was incredibly thoughtful. Hygiene: The hygiene was good, and the pool was also very clean. Breakfast wasn't super lavish, but it was enough to fill me up. I had omelets and Vietnamese pho both days. It was delicious. If I come back to Vietnam, I'll definitely choose this hotel again."

"On the first day of check-in: Another member of our group wanted to store her luggage at the front desk, but they refused (even offering money). They also refused to leave it in our hotel room. Although she wasn't staying at this hotel, leaving her luggage in our room shouldn't have been a problem. She had booked a hotel next door and wanted to share a taxi with us before checking in at her own hotel. Even after explaining this to the staff, they were very rude. Downstairs, a woman and two other women blocked our luggage from entering, their attitude was extremely poor. I understand the need to protect customer privacy, but this was going too far. They weren't helpful with our luggage during check-in either; there was a step that made it difficult to carry it. The check-in process was particularly bad. In short, the hotel environment was okay, but the staff's attitude was not okay; there were no service industry standards. It's fine if you don't interact with the staff."

"I booked two rooms at Apec Luxury Coastal Apartment Mui Ne – Ocean View for myself and my partner, one on the 12A floor and one on the 21st floor. Both rooms had beautiful, airy views of the sea that were incredibly impressive. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and very thoughtfully prepared. In particular, the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and very helpful. They provided attentive guidance from check-in to any assistance needed during our stay, creating a very pleasant experience. My partner and I had a very good experience on this trip. The room quality, views, and service exceeded expectations for the price. It's definitely worth choosing if you have the chance to visit Mui Ne."

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The grounds are spacious and green, everything is blooming, even vegetables are planted, and a pony lives on the property. The staff spends all day watering, sweeping, and cleaning. The room was great, with wooden furniture and plenty of space, everything worked. I was a little tired, but that didn't bother us at all. The only downside was that the windows and the entrance overlooked the pool walkway, so you could see everything. And there was no door to the bathroom or toilet. Absolutely not. The room is called "Romance" (it says above the entrance.) The breakfasts are excellent: fruit, vegetables, snacks, soup, omelettes, scrambled eggs, and granola. There are two types of coffee. Basically, you'll find something to suit your needs. The beach is also a special treat; it's long and narrow. It wasn't crowded in January, and sun loungers were always available. Overall, I recommend this hotel; it's a great choice for a quiet and beautiful vacation."
