We opted for their car service from and back to Ho Chi Minh City and to get to a coffee shop in the area - the driver is great, focused and on time. The design of the place amazing, we especially appreciated that they used only natural materials, with practically no plastic anywhere in sight. The breakfast is very filling, and you can choose from a few options. We had scrambled eggs, pho, banana pancakes - all delicious. RedSands is not big, but there is really everything to enjoy a lazy weekend away: little pool, rooftop terrace, coconuts for sale, huge open air bathtub, and sea view!"

"The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience."

"Very bad experience! It is not the hotel that provides the room, but the agent that cooperates with the hotel. They reserve the room at the hotel and then rent it to us a second time. The front desk refused to open a room for us and asked us to contact the agent and let the agent open it. The hotel is not responsible for any problems during check-in. The agent is a woman in her 60s, doesn't speak English, and has a very bad attitude. When we arrived in the room, there were no towels, napkins, or disposable toothbrushes. At the same time, there are a lot of additional terms, even if the cleaning is not clean, the payment will be deducted. You cannot check out at the front desk for the final check-out. You need to contact the agent and come to the room to check the hygiene before you can check out."
