"This is a really great hotel. If you're looking for relaxation and tranquility, this is the place for you. In the mornings, you'll hear birds singing and see squirrels hopping around. In the evenings, geckos scamper about and frogs croak. The grounds are very green and well-maintained. There are plenty of spots to sit, enjoy the sounds of nature, and find your zen. There's no city hustle and bustle or extraneous noise; you can hear the sound of the surf all day long. One of the quiet Sealinks beaches is nearby. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff are polite and always ready to help with any request. The rooms are beautiful with large balconies. Housekeeping is also very good."

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

GGuest UserDas Hotel macht einen im öffentlichen Bereich insgesamt guten Eindruck. Erwähnenswert sind insbesondere der schöne tropische Garten und der große Swimmingpool. Der zum Hotel gehörende Strandabschnitt wird regelmäßig gesäubert, jedoch ist der Sandstrand außerhalb des Hotels völlig zugemüllt. Schwimmen im Meer war wegen des starken Wellengangs fast die ganze Zeit über (11 Nächte) verboten. Die abgelegene Lage des Resorts bringt es mit sich, dass es in der Nähe keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Dafür gibt es mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, u.a. zum Coopmart. Die späten Rückfahrzeiten von dort sind allerdings ungünstig. Von diesem Einkaufszentrum aus kann man fußläufig Teile der Innenstadt von Phan Thiet erreichen. Interessant ist dort der Fischereihafen. Rings um das Hotel finden sich zahlreiche Bauruinen. Außer am verschmutzten Strand kann man keine Spaziergänge unternehmen. Unser Zimmer: Im mehrstöckigen Hauptgebäude mit Aufzug. Ausreichend groß mit kleinem Balkon. Das Bad hätte dringend eine Generalreinigung (Dusche verkalkt, Holzteile vergammelt) und Renovierung nötig, das Möbel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Restaurant: Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken zu relativ günstigen Preisen. Qualität und Größe der Portionen variieren stark. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist ausbaufähig und vorwiegend asiatisch, die angebotenen Getränke sind billig. Service: Alles wird schnell erledigt, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Publikum: Vorwiegend russisch. Viel Umtrieb an Wochenenden durch Vietnamesen. Zusammenfassung: Aufgrund verschiedener Einschränkungen würde ich trotz des überwiegend positiven Gesamteindrucks das Hotel vermutlich nicht wieder buchen.

The resort is spacious, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and you can relax by the pool afterward, with the bar and restaurant open all day. We also highly recommend the massage service — we had a wonderful experience and an excellent massage with Anh and Gai. Overall, it was a great experience!

Basic five-star services like luggage assistance upon arrival/departure, turn-down service, and immediate room cleaning after guests leave are all impeccably handled. The bedding is spotless. The hotel beach is clean, and the hotel's location is also quite good.

MMadHelgaWe had a wonderful time at this hotel. The grounds are spacious and green, everything is blooming, even vegetables are planted, and a pony lives on the property. The staff spends all day watering, sweeping, and cleaning. The room was great, with wooden furniture and plenty of space, everything worked. I was a little tired, but that didn't bother us at all. The only downside was that the windows and the entrance overlooked the pool walkway, so you could see everything. And there was no door to the bathroom or toilet. Absolutely not. The room is called ”Romance” (it says above the entrance.) The breakfasts are excellent: fruit, vegetables, snacks, soup, omelettes, scrambled eggs, and granola. There are two types of coffee. Basically, you'll find something to suit your needs. The beach is also a special treat; it's long and narrow. It wasn't crowded in January, and sun loungers were always available. Overall, I recommend this hotel; it's a great choice for a quiet and beautiful vacation.

My father's birthday was on that day, so when we went to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the waiter specially led us to the best seat by the sea, decorated it thoughtfully, and gave us a birthday cake with birthday wishes, which was a special surprise for us. From this small detail, we can see that the hotel has taken the trouble. Thank you very much for the little surprise the hotel gave us. It is worth staying at this hotel, and the service is also very good. They also helped us book a luxury bus from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh. We almost couldn't take the bus because I booked it on KLOOK. The order has been pending confirmation. It was the front desk who helped us call for consultation. Thank you very much!

CCallmelinhhhThe hotel is located in Mui Ne, on the main street which the travel bus from Ho Chi Minh can go pass to drop you. Staffs are friendly, the room is clean. TV, AC, hair dryer and iron are provided in the room. The pool and the sea are definitely our favorites. We have experienced wonderful sunset as well as the sea which is right next to the hotel. Will comeback next time if we have the chance.

As for us looked pretty much artificial without some common facilities fr example no big lobby with convenient waiting area. Location is extremely inconvenient in some semi abandoned area. Rooms are high-end decorated and nice. At the same time hotel territory is not big and all the hotel services seems overpriced as for this city and location. Hotel beach is across wide highway, not at the hotel territory. Swimming pools are small and shallow which looked aimed at kids as well.
