Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

The bed is very comfortable. Hygiene: OK, very good. There is a little sand at the door of the room... Maybe the last person who stayed there went to the beach. Breakfast: The food quality is good, but there are not many varieties. Service: Basic five-star hotel services are available, not high or low. This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience.

I just finished a vacation with my parents at Movenpick, I have to admit that the hotel scored n*** points from the architecture to the service here, although I had to check in a bit late at 3pm, the main lobby was spacious and comfortable, the staff was polite and cheerful. The hotel employees systematically clean the area of ​​the hotel beach, but the dirt and garbage that is immediately outside the hotel still ends up on the beach and in the water. The hotel administration should solve the causes of this problem, and not just deal with its consequences, which do not stop. That's why I give 2 out of 5 for cleanliness. Cleanliness in the hotel - dirt on the sea. But guests go to the sea first of all! There are swimming pools and clean rooms all over the world. The sea and the beach are the main thing! Another minus is that there are no entertainments and activities in the hotel. The only entertainment was the New Year's show, which made a positive impression, we were lucky that we caught it, because we left the hotel on January 29. All other days - no entertainment. There is no transfer to the city. Despite the fact that there is nothing to entertain in the hotel, the issue of a free transfer to the nearest city has not been resolved. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel. I do not plan to return. Thanks to the service staff!

It is a popular hotel in Mui Ne. The price is still very cheap during the Spring Festival, so it is very popular. The external environment is quite good. There is a swimming pool on the beach and in the garden. It is definitely a good place to take photos. The room is a retro Southeast Asian style, but it is indeed a bit old. It is not a big problem for me. The only problem is that the bathroom lighting is really dim, and the water pressure and shower head of the shower are not very good. Children over 4 years old are charged 80,000 Vietnamese dong including breakfast. The breakfast is very good and completely exceeded expectations. It is very convenient to go out for food and drink. There is a popular seafood restaurant next door, and a popular massage shop is less than five minutes away.

We were only here for 2D1N and was allowed to early check-in with additional charges. It was a great stay with fantastic breakfast offerings and great pool facilities and beautiful view of the beach. The location is very near Fairy Stream too.
