JJitenLoved this hotel. Had everything I needed and the staff were always there to help if anything was needed. Breakfast was superb, as well the choice of lunch and dinner. The beach and pool was great. There is also a hotel bus that runs into the Phan Thiet centre several times a day which was very handy. Would stay again at Sonata Hotel.

BBlanca B.We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The service was amazing, and the staff were friendly and always accommodating any requests. The resort is spacious, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and you can relax by the pool afterward, with the bar and restaurant open all day. We also highly recommend the massage service — we had a wonderful experience and an excellent massage with Anh and Gai. Overall, it was a great experience!

GGuest UserHotel is very beautiful! The stuff is sooo heplfull and nice! We are really very grateful to the people who work there! The rooms are exact the same as on photos, not very big but beautifil with all neccessery things One minus is food, because it's good enough if you stay for several days days like 3-5 days, but we stayed for two weeks and ended up with either pho bo (which by the way is SUPER GOOD) or two eggs with bread, alternating each day and a salad. Because the other two sandwiches are very simple and you wouldn't want to eat them more than twice, and the fish dishes are not suitable for everyone. But that's more up to the hotel manager who decides what dishes should be on the menu. It would be nice if the scrambled eggs weren't just plain, but at least like the ones they offer on Sundays. Second minus is noizes - we lived in corner room and we heard everyone in the morning, children yelling in the pool at 7 am, the street, and people who were just entering the territory and talking because our room is basically in the entering zone. It could be great at least close gate for the night and add rule with big letters close to the pool to stay queit al least until 8 am, not everyone wants to wake up early in the vacation

SStefanHLovely hotel on a private, sandy beach. The beach front bungalows are very close to the sea and we loved to sit on the terrace. The hotel is spotless and the staff even collect the waste from the beach. Everyone is amiable. The restaurant is ideally located and offer delicious food. For me best hotel in place!

1118167****The service here was truly excellent 👍. We got welcome drinks and a complimentary massage during check-in. Our butler, Hong, was warm and professional! The location is also quite good, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. However, for one of Mui Ne's two best hotels, I found the room facilities a bit dated, and it might not be great value for money during peak season. Even if domestic hotels in China are a lower tier or price point than those in Vietnam, their toothbrushes, combs, razors, hairdryers, bedding, and towels are much better quality. China's manufacturing of these items is truly excellent and inexpensive. While Vietnam's processing industry is booming, it still has a ways to go. Perhaps it's because I didn't book a villa (since I was only staying one night). Compared to the pool villa I stayed in for two nights at Centara, I still prefer Centara's villa types. But Anantara's service is better and more personalized; Centara had too many kids and was too noisy, and the English proficiency wasn't as good as at Anantara.

GGuest UserWe have been to other Southeast Asian countries and have never encountered such thoughtfulness. My father's birthday was on that day, so when we went to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the waiter specially led us to the best seat by the sea, decorated it thoughtfully, and gave us a birthday cake with birthday wishes, which was a special surprise for us. From this small detail, we can see that the hotel has taken the trouble. Thank you very much for the little surprise the hotel gave us. It is worth staying at this hotel, and the service is also very good. They also helped us book a luxury bus from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh. We almost couldn't take the bus because I booked it on KLOOK. The order has been pending confirmation. It was the front desk who helped us call for consultation. Thank you very much!

GGuest UserStayed during peak season, so we expected it to be busy. However, we were told only one room was available and had to upgrade at nearly three times our original booking price. For that rate, the room was small and below expectations. The most concerning issue was the lack of hot water. We reported it multiple times and were repeatedly told someone would fix it, but it was never resolved during our stay. Hot water is a basic standard, especially at this price level. There was initially no kettle in the room. It was eventually found in another location, but this could have been clearly communicated instead of requiring repeated follow-ups. Breakfast was underwhelming, and the coffee was not hot. When I requested a hot coffee, I was told I would need to pay extra, which was disappointing given the overall experience. The following day, as the holiday period ended, a large number of guests checked out and room availability increased significantly. The room rates also dropped dramatically. This suggests the premium rate charged the night before was purely due to temporary peak demand, without a corresponding level of service or quality. Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid.

JJoe GuyThe location was spot on  Great views of the ocean and beach access magical view  The room was nice clean  aircon was a bit  ordinary but reception was prompt in making it more comfortable offering another room which is always a plus  Breakfast was simple but available it wanted for $3  Overall a very nice stay in a very clean inviroment  We would stay again I would recommend the location 5 star resort style for a mere $33  I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private

MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.

GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
