"The room with the view of Mount Fuji was amazing; just looking at it made me feel so much more peaceful. The hotel offered complimentary snacks and drinks, and the dinner was also very good. The service was thoughtful and attentive. They provide a shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko Station. When you need a pickup, you can go to the nearby tourist information center and ask staff to call the hotel. After confirming your booking name and nationality, a car will be sent over very quickly. P.S. Make sure to keep your key safe! There's a 10,000 JPY fine if you lose it at checkout."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offers a view of Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, it was raining during my stay, so I could not clearly see the view. The bathroom was quite large compared to many hotels in Japan, and the hotel also provided yukata robes. There was a public onsen available, which was a nice experience after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the staff provided very good service throughout the stay. Overall, the hotel was better than expected and did not feel as old as I originally thought. I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again."

"A lovely ryokan located about 8 minutes drive from Kawaguchiko station. The ryokan provide shuttle bus during check in, to call upon arrival (I called via trip.com internet call) and wait at platform number 10 for pick up. They also provide free shuttle bus service to oishi park (schedule would be informed during checkingin), and free pick up from Kawaguchiko station everyday during our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly English and mandarin speaking staff are available. The service was great, as this was my first time staying in a Japanese ryokan, so I wasn't sure if every ryokan provide the same service that there is a staff led us to our room and explained the amenities to us during checking in. The breakfast and dinner was superb! We were so amazed by the breakfast and dinner everyday. The room is equipped with fridge, ice water in jug, complimentary drinks and cookies, private shower, towels, hair dryer and outdoor slipper. You can wear yukata that was provided to move around the hotel. The room window and restaurant is facing directly at lake Kawaguchiko, unfortunately it was cloudy during my stay and we couldn't catch any fujisan view. There are indoor and outdoor onsen, with the outdoor onsen offering a Mount Fuji view. Changing room has locker but make sure u bring your room towel to the onsen. And like the other onsen in Japan, facial cleanser, hair shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available. The changing room is also equipped with facial cleanser, moisturiser, body lotion, hairdryer, and comb."

"On the way to the hotel, I saw Mount Fuji shrouded in clouds, and at Lake Kawaguchiko, I experienced my first ever fireworks festival and stayed at a hot spring hotel. The front desk at Hotel Regina had polite and friendly Chinese-speaking staff, as well as convenient and timely shuttle services to and from the station. The room was spacious and bright, and I could even gaze at Mount Fuji from the balcony. The hot spring water was warm and silky smooth, making my first visit comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's souvenir shop on the first floor was a lifesaver, allowing me to pick up gifts even when I was rushing back. It was a novel and delightful stay, rejuvenating both my body and mind, and allowing me to truly enjoy the moment."

"Hotel Room: Features a built-in sauna, and offers stunning views of Mount Fuji directly from the room. Fuji appears incredibly large and close to the naked eye. The room decor is very tasteful. Hotel Location: Situated on the lower-left side of Lake Yamanakako on the map. There's a bus stop right outside (though buses are infrequent). Within a 2-minute walk, there's a delicious hamburg steak restaurant. A 7-Eleven is about 5-10 minutes away, and you can rent bicycles near the 7-Eleven (the hotel also offers bike rentals, but they are mountain bikes, not electric, costing 2000 yen per hour or 4000 yen per day). If you walk another 10-15 minutes, you can feed swans in a designated area managed by locals (a family of three needs to buy one portion of swan food for 200 yen). Cycling: From the hotel, it takes about 30-50 minutes to cycle to Hirano no Hama (there are many great photo spots along the way, so you don't necessarily have to go all the way to Hirano no Hama, where the wind is incredibly strong). I recommend cycling clockwise on the map and then returning the same way."
