If you're a family of more than 4 and book the same room type, you might end up on different floors. Last minute booking and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The cabin was extremely spacious, well equipped, warm, and comfortable. Lots of room for our family of five to spread out! We also all loved the PJs! The location is excellent with onsite parking and even a small onsen. We didn’t take the breakfast or BBQ option but had everything needed to cook for ourselves. Best of all was the view - despite the rainy day, Mt Fuji made a guest appearance late in the evening, which we could enjoy right from our cabin.

On the way to the hotel, I saw Mount Fuji shrouded in clouds, and at Lake Kawaguchiko, I experienced my first ever fireworks festival and stayed at a hot spring hotel. The front desk at Hotel Regina had polite and friendly Chinese-speaking staff, as well as convenient and timely shuttle services to and from the station. The room was spacious and bright, and I could even gaze at Mount Fuji from the balcony. The hot spring water was warm and silky smooth, making my first visit comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's souvenir shop on the first floor was a lifesaver, allowing me to pick up gifts even when I was rushing back. It was a novel and delightful stay, rejuvenating both my body and mind, and allowing me to truly enjoy the moment.

The hotel's front desk staff were warm and courteous, making us feel right at home. Our room had a direct view of Mount Fuji and cherry blossoms by the lake, which was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was included and suited everyone's taste. We also enjoyed the hot spring on the 6th floor. Plus, the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to the station, saving us a lot of hassle – truly excellent! The driver was incredibly nice too. This trip will be unforgettable!

First time stay . Thought it come with the private outdoor bath but realize the official website and 3rd party booking us different ,so slightly get disappointed. Overall stay is good with shuttle bus to pick up during arrival and checkout but do take note upon requesting it booking only. The lobby will have snacks and welcome drink which allow u free to take. Room is spacious and clean. The dinner was great who prefer simple and varieties japanese food. The location so far is good is about 15-20min walking distance to kawaguchiko station

Pros: 1. The room was huge! 2. You get a full view of Mount Fuji right from the balcony window. 3. The staff were super friendly, and they even had Chinese-speaking staff members. 4. The hot springs on the fifth floor have both indoor and outdoor options. You can enjoy the views of Mount Fuji while you soak. 5. Both breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel were surprisingly delicious, and there was a good variety too. 6. They offer a shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko Station. Just make sure to look for the shuttle with three hotel names printed on it. You'll need to remember the hotel's English name to identify it correctly, otherwise, you might end up waiting a long time at the station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Fuji!

The hotel's location is excellent. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness was acceptable. Unfortunately, our room didn't offer a view of Mount Fuji, but we did have a lake view. After reading previous reviews, my expectations were low, but the service was actually quite good, and several South Asian staff members were very friendly and welcoming. After calling from Kawaguchiko Station, a car arrived to pick us up in just 10 minutes, and there's a shuttle service to the station in the morning. The hotel is located in the heart of Kawaguchiko, with many dining options nearby. A bus stop for the Red and Green lines is just a 2-minute walk away, making sightseeing convenient, though local buses do stop running quite early. Breakfast was also good, a standard Japanese ryokan 'one night, two meals' offering. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The staff at Fuji Premium Resort went above and beyond to help us when we had some difficulties.  When we went it was snowing hard and had been involved in a minor car accident. The staff kept registration open late, got us food at no extra charge from the gift shop because the dining area was closed, and arranged transportation for us to get back to our car the next day because it was not able to get up the hill in the icy conditions and no other cost.  The rooms were nice and comfortable and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious.  Would absolutely stay with them again.

I stayed in a standard room with a Mount Fuji view this time, and it was much more comfortable than I expected. The room size is quite spacious for Japan, the cleanliness was good, and the bed was comfortable. When the weather is clear, you can see Mount Fuji directly from the window, and drawing open the curtains in the morning was truly worth it. The location is also convenient for getting around Lake Yamanaka, and there are self-service electric-assist bicycles at the hotel entrance, with Chinese language support, which is very handy. Communication with the front desk was smooth, and the check-in process was hassle-free. It's perfect for those who want to quietly admire Mount Fuji.

Excellent hotel with a view of Lake Kawaguchiko. The room is quite spacious, and the staff is very welcoming. The hotel has an onsen, which is essentially a sauna and a hot spring pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of cycling. We booked a room with breakfast and dinner included, both served buffet style. For those not used to eating fish, rice, and other Japanese cuisine in the morning, there are also European croissants, jams, and coffee available. For dinner, the buffet features unlimited crab, but you'll have to contend with the Japanese guests for the crab claws – it seemed to me they choose this hotel specifically for that reason! The cable car is just 30 meters from the hotel, which will take you up a small mountain with a great view of Mount Fuji. It's also quite close to the bus station, about a 10-12 minute walk.
