Romantic Hotels in Qingyuan

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The room is a villa, and there are mosquito killer lamps above and below. I didn't feel any mosquitoes, and the cleaning was very timely. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during the Qingming Festival, and the first floor smelled a bit musty. The second floor was fine.

I checked into Quanxian on the first day of the ***** New Year. The B&B covers a large area, with lush green plants everywhere. The trees are carefully trimmed into unique shapes, and every step is a scene, showing the design's intentions. The large swimming pool in the middle is super eye-catching. Not only can you swim freely, but you can also row and play kayaking, which is full of fun and adds a lot of joy to the vacation. The room I stayed in was even more surprising. It was directly adjacent to the swimming pool. You can feel the holiday atmosphere when you open the window. The room also has its own hot spring pool. When you are tired of playing, you can come back to soak in the hot spring. The fatigue of the day will dissipate instantly. It is so comfortable. The dinner was also impressive. The chicken ordered was tender and juicy, and the fish was so fresh that the eyebrows were about to fall off. The ingredients were fresh and the cooking method was just right. Every bite was super satisfying. There was also a campfire concert in the evening. Everyone sat around the campfire, listening to music, and the atmosphere was full. It was really happy. This B&B experience was great. Whether it was the environment, facilities or services, they were impeccable. I will definitely choose this place for my next vacation!

’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

The environment is very good. The rice field scenery is very healing. The facilities are also complete. There is a large book bar, a Chinese restaurant and a Western restaurant. The room is clean and tidy. The travel photography service is also good. All activities can be booked in advance, including the hot spring, which is also separate. The children like the children's playground very much and are also satisfied with the handicrafts they made. I was reluctant to leave after checking out. I hope to come again next time.
