What an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

After checking in, the room was very clean, with tidy floors and surfaces. The on-site laundry room was fully equipped for washing and drying clothes, and the gym had enough equipment for a good workout, so I didn't need to find another place for my daily exercise. It was a convenient and hassle-free stay.

Facilities: Clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and fully functional. Hygiene: The toilet was spotless and fragrant, with an automatic flushing system. There was a huge TV and a smart voice assistant (Xiao Du). Truly top-notch, offering excellent value for money. Environment: The lobby was spacious, bright, comfortable, elegant, and grand. Service: The front desk lady had a beautiful and sweet smile. She even gave me a box of Yao Village specialty vegetables (cai xin), and the breakfast was also good.

This is a high-end hot spring hotel that focuses on privacy, tranquility, and an escape-like atmosphere. The hardware, decor, private hot springs, and pool views are all of excellent quality. Its main selling points are peace, privacy, and ambiance. The downsides are its remote location and limited amenities. If you're looking for a quiet retreat to enjoy private hot springs, your experience will far surpass city-based hot springs. However, if you're seeking convenient one-stop access to dining, entertainment, and activities, you might find it inconvenient.

The garden is large in size, well maintained, and full of design elements, there are many leisure locations, you can lie down and sit. The pool is large and the pool water is clean! The living room can sing K, play mahjong, and have a large kitchen. The room has plenty of beds and can accommodate more than a dozen people. The whole house is clean and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, and the hot water is very fast! The community is quiet and beautiful, and the natural environment is very good! Butler service is very good! Careful and thoughtful!

While the overall environment was decent, my ground-floor room was damp and musty. The soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. The air conditioning even on the lowest setting was incredibly loud, which significantly affected my sleep. The toothbrush quality was also poor, with bristles falling out. Before arriving, I inquired about the mahjong room charge, and was quoted 42 yuan per hour. However, upon arrival, the staff said it was 218 yuan for four hours. Although they honored the 42 yuan rate after I questioned it, I still felt quite annoyed by the whole situation. Today, during check-out, my charging cable got stuck. A kind staff member in a white shirt and an engineer eventually helped me resolve the issue. I'm very grateful for their excellent attitude and assistance. Five stars for them!

Long Bay Natural Hot Spring Resort was an amazing experience! The hot springs are genuinely natural, with clean water and a good variety of pools, each with its own unique feel. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed and refreshed. The resort grounds are serene and well-maintained, with excellent greenery and cleanliness. The service was warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the dining was also great. It's conveniently located, offers excellent value for money, and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's suitable for the whole family, and I genuinely recommend it. Five-star rating!

Our two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.

The room was pretty good, with a private bath. The breakfast was decent too. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try the complimentary photoshoot later. The amusement park is outdoors, and it was so hot that I was sweating buckets after just a short while! The water park and hot springs were nice, quite spacious, and busy with people. I didn't get to use the complimentary roasted chicken voucher, and dining at the restaurant was quite expensive!

Bring the family out to play before the National Day. The receptionist at the front desk was attentive and led us to stay. In the community, other tourists could also see fireworks at the entrance of the apartment. It is worth saying that the parking lot is free of charge, and the parking lot is built on the second and third floors. Don’t worry about the car soaking in the rainstorm in the typhoon. Park the car and take the luggage, next to the elevator, it is very convenient to go directly to the room, come to live next time @
