Spa Hotels in Qingyuan

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. We come to this resort often . We love the architecture and interior design . On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

2 meters 4 bed! wide enough and comfortable! The water is big! The shower is very cool! Great location! It is convenient to go anywhere! Shampoo is very fragrant! Royal rose shampoo! It's an old hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I remembered that I had been here many years ago. The layout of the hot spring pools is quite standard, and there are quite a few of them. Some of the pools are separate rooms and require additional fees. The room is a bit old and there are basically no facilities. The good thing is that the water in the hot spring pool in the room first passes through the stone kang, which is very comfortable to lie on. It was only Tuesday, and there were not many people. Check-out was still only extended to 1 o'clock, which is stingy.

The room is large and well-equipped. The park has mountains, water and hot springs, which is suitable for family gatherings. The air is fresh and the greenery is dense. The breakfast is rich, and there are also lucky bags and spring couplets activities in spring. It was a pleasant stay!
