Spa Hotels in Qingyuan

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. ’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

2 meters 4 bed! wide enough and comfortable! The water is big! The shower is very cool! Great location! It is convenient to go anywhere! Shampoo is very fragrant! Royal rose shampoo! We bought 2 bottles! The front desk is very intimate! Help us fight for the best price! The front desk brother and girl and the cleaning staff are very friendly! Special praise!

I thoroughly enjoyed my overall experience at your establishment. The staff was courteous and cooperative, and the facilities were excellent. While the breakfast service was a bit delayed, I understand that these things can happen, and it didn't significantly impact my stay. The food quality was good, although I would appreciate a bit more variety, especially catering to the preferences of international guests. Beijianghe, the room is very light and ventilated, the air is very good, the bed is very comfortable, I wake up in the morning and all the sleepiness of the day is gone

The room is large and the environment is good. The hotel package also includes buffet dinner and breakfast. The price-performance ratio is good. It is about 1,100 during the Spring Festival. It seems to be cheaper on weekdays. The hot spring area is also quite large, and there are various entertainment facilities, including badminton and table tennis. There were not many people when I went there. The water was changed every morning.

The environment is good in the southern city, and the overall money is very worth it, giving us a lot of reasons to travel again. Must be five-star praise hahaha, the location is particularly good, there are Qingyuan specialties nearby, great stay experience, clean rooms are also very large, equipped with sports center, fitness equipment, swimming pool exercise super BANG, great!

The environment used to be okay, but now it's a bit in disrepair, the recreational facilities at the back are abandoned, and the beach chairs break when touched. It takes 40 to 50 minutes to walk on a mountain road from the city, which is a bit far, and life is not very convenient. You have to bring your own food and everything. There is only one small shop nearby and nothing is sold.
