I took my children out for a trip some time ago and stayed in the parent-child room of Fresh Garden Hotel. The experience was simply amazing! I must share it with you. As soon as I entered the room, the children were excited🉐No, the bed is very comfortable, adults and children can sleep well, and the room is spacious, and it doesn't feel crowded at all. The hotel's supporting facilities are also very friendly to parent-child families. There is a special children's play area, such as the Squirrel Tribe where you can take your baby to see cute pets, and there is an inflatable castle where children can play and release their nature. The hotel's swimming pool is also great, with a shallow water area suitable for children to play in the water. There is also a small beach by the swimming pool, where you can dig sand, play in the water, and get all the Internet celebrity elements! When you are tired of playing, the hotel's food can also satisfy the taste buds of big and small friends. The Chinese restaurant has rich dishes and delicious taste; there are also many choices in the buffet restaurant, so the children eat happily and we are also worry-free. ’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

The swimming pool is the highlight! The requirement for children to use lifebuoys is too strict. If we don't allow children to bring lifebuoys to the swimming pool, there is no point in staying in a hotel with a swimming pool. After all, the safety of children is the most important.

We took the train from Guangzhou to Qingyuan city ,it takes only 30 min . My fisrt impression when I just arrived here was the cleanliness of this hotel , I have been staying in so many hotels around China ,but this tooks our hearth . the room is supper big and not smelly , it's looks like a small appartment that has everything in it , the view from the balcony is incredible as you can see the mountains around you , also the weather is so clean especially for those who suffer from air polluted cities , with all this the breakfast was delecious as you have the right to choose between the Chinese breakfast and western one , what a combination between the two , breakfast starts at 9:00 an until 10:00 am . the city is really beautiful as we had the chance to visit Gulongxia Glass Grand Canyon which only 5km away from the hotel , that places is just amazing and it's definelty worth visit , I advice to visit this place when it's sunny . All in all , if I had the chance to visit this city I would definitely stay in this hotel again .also it's super convenient ,see you in the near future .

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. To the saying goes, what really makes the difference is the heartware and service in hospitality line, not hardware which everyone can build. 预订了这家五星级酒店的三天两晚住宿，我必须说，房间干净宽敞，配备了各种适合家庭成员使用的设施，如羽毛球、网球、台球、温泉、骑车和射箭等。然而，我们对服务感到非常失望。我们遇到的两名员工一直拿着手机，根本不注意周围的情况。真正让我们恼火的是，当我们下午小睡时，我们把“请勿打扰”的牌子放在了门上，但酒店工作人员还是拨打了我们的房间号码。因为我们正在睡觉，没有接电话。猜猜发生了什么？他们拨打了我的手机。只是为了问是否需要打扫房间。我们去酒店前台寻求解释，前台工作人员起初否认他们打过电话，直到我们向他们展示了酒店的未接来电号码。然后他们说会向他们的经理反馈。到了晚上，万女士经理打电话给我们，让我们感到不满的是，她说这是他们的标准操作程序！哪个酒店，自称是五星级酒店，当客人挂出“请勿打扰”的标志时，他们的标准操作程序是打电话到房间，最糟糕的是打电话给客人的私人手机。这不是侵犯隐私吗？打我们私人电话？这是我们第一次遇到这种情况。我们在以前入住的多家酒店挂上“请勿打扰”标志时从未遇到过这种情况。 经理一点也不感到抱歉，反而显得很防卫。甚至到了要检查我们在房间是否安全的地步。她刚才的话让我很不安。俗话说，酒店业中真正起决定作用的是服务和态度，而不是每个人都能建造的硬件设施。

Room is large, modern and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Sometimes the wifi signal is good enough to access Whatsapp. There is no English TV channels though. Friendly staff provides great service, esp Ms Fan. They called taxis for us. They gave helpful advices and recommendation. Breakfast spread is a combination of Chinese and Western. However, the latter is limited. Food is yummy and there are some changes in daily breakfast spread.

In the small yard, there are flowers and green plants, people cooking tea around the stove, and barbecue areas. Every corner makes people feel full of energy. Invite family and friends to relax and enjoy happiness on weekends. You can also enjoy the tranquility and comfort alone.

The 270-degree lake view room is amazing. It feels like living in a bonsai, lying on the lake view. This B&B is the most advanced B&B I have ever stayed in. It not only has floor heating but also central air conditioning. There are various types of public areas. Breakfast is provided in a buffet style like a hotel. Considering that the B&B is located halfway up the mountain, it provides warm dinner service for guests. The hotel is in a good location, awesome 👍
