Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

A family of five came to stay during the Spring Festival, it was such a surprise! Highly recommended! Facilities: The whole environment and atmosphere are great. There are many activities during the Spring Festival holiday, such as making zongzi, fried dough balls, and meat and vegetable soup. My parents like it very much! And it's all free! You can also feed the small animals by yourself. I love it. Breakfast is also included! The breakfast is very farm-style, tastes good, and can be packed! When I was moving things, a young man passed by and asked me if I needed help. All the staff here are very considerate! Especially my housekeeper Jojo, who took my parents to pick tea. The mustard greens were very delicious. Cute pet feeding experience: There are sheep, cattle, chickens, ducks, geese, fish, and peacocks to watch! Goats are a bit cute!
