Romantic Hotels in Guangzhou

Our stay at this serviced apartment was fantastic! It offers exceptional value for money, with high-quality rooms and a prime location near Sunac, the indoor snow complex. It was incredibly convenient for our ski trip, making it a great choice for anyone planning to hit the slopes. The staff were a highlight—extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced our experience. The only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the property, which made it a bit difficult to locate for first-time visitors. However, once we found it, everything else was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient ski trip base!

Hotel is nice, modern and clean. Location is not an upside unless you want peace and quiet outside the city centre. No air ventilation system in the bathroom which is strange. Also, unable to have the choice of heating or AC at the same time as this is just how the hotel system works. I went when Guangzhou was getting warmer again and they still had the heating system on as it was much cooler the week before and there was no way to turn AC on as you just can't have both options at same time - so first night was pretty uncomfortable as it was stuffy and hot. The hot water in the shower was not hot enough either.

Liz Hotel is very close to the B1 subway exit (approx 3 minutes) and Guangzhou East Railway station. It is also very convenient to get to the airport via the subway. The subway station is connected to Po Park, a massive underground mall. The customer service is very helpful and polite. We were able to use Wechat to communicate with a direct contact, 张洛, and it made communication extremely easy. The hotel offers breakfast (extra cost), and we opted for breakfast on a daily basis. The food was quite delicious, and they also have robots that help deliver food to guests' rooms. (Sadly, we never used it, but we have seen it everywhere). Our direct contact sometimes came to deliver fruits and late night snacks to us, and it was extremely kind and thoughtful of her. She was only a Wechat message away, and we always felt like we were looked after. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room (with detergent provided) and a gym on the fourth floor. Guests do not need to go elsewhere to get their clothes washed. The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. NOTE: Due to the huge number of guests, sometimes the wait for the elevator can be quite long, and there can be a short wait for a breakfast table at peak times (9am onward).

Rosewood is always our first choice in gz. Service was great. This time we stayed in rosewood residence and since we are with baby it was so convenient. The space was big. We had bedroom separated from living so we could enjoy our time while baby was sleeping. There’s less options for food since it’s residence the hotel didn’t deliver. However they made exception for us and we got served breakfast in the room. They even brought the cake at 12:00am which was amazing. These little efforts makes us keep coming back to rosewood and why we consider it the best.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The Swiss themed loft was lovely; spacious, quaint, clean and all appliances were functioning. Pictures are accurate. The private onsen was nice. The temperature gauge wasn’t working though. The outdoor space around the onsen, especially the tired and stained walls, can be a little cleaner but it didn’t damper the experience. The staff were brilliant. 小李 at reception was very helpful. The fondue we preordered wasn’t available but he arranged for a replacement hotpot swiftly. When I left my key inside, one message on WeChat and he was at the door within minutes. 阿寶 at the restaurant was also superb. She was very attentive and proactive. Service is 100/100. Would certainly return!

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort. I have been to almost all the B&Bs around Guangzhou. I came here just for the new things, but I was pleasantly surprised. Let's talk about the hardware first. The room size distribution is very reasonable, there are almost no complaints about the details, and the construction technology is also in place. As a designer with obsessive-compulsive disorder, I am also satisfied. The hygiene is quite good, which is rare for a B&B. The activities on Saturday are full, and it is very comfortable to walk around the stream. The village chief is very dedicated to explaining various plant knowledge along the way, and both adults and children are happy to listen. It is also fun to have insect classes in the evening. It happened to be the team building season and there were few children, so I enjoyed the village chief's small animals alone. The painting equipment is complete, the staff is well-trained and the attitude is particularly good, breakfast noodles and other farm food, beef brisket noodles are not fooling around at all. The price is comparable to that of a five-star hotel in Guangzhou, except that it is expensive, everything else is done very well, and they are very attentive everywhere. I look forward to the village chief's classes becoming more and more abundant, and I will come back to play in the summer!

I accidentally saw this hotel. It was newly opened in 2024. The reviews were mixed. I booked it with a try-it-out mentality. It is a hotel that can be visited twice! Facilities: It is quite complete. It has everything that should be there. The housekeeper said that there are 31 rooms in total. The rooms are large and the design is relatively reasonable. Compared with the rough details of other hot spring hotels, this one is very exquisite. Hygiene: The courtyard is clean and tidy, the room is clean and hygienic, and the mattress and pillow are also comfortable. Environment: The environment is really first-class, with a completely paradise-like feeling. The sky is full of stars at night and the birds outside the window in the morning are very suitable for lying down~ Service: I read the reviews before, and many people said that the service attitude was very poor, but it was not! The housekeeper service is very considerate. He asked how I came the day before departure. He came late on the day. He gave various warm reminders and helped to order dishes in advance. Since I wanted to soak in hot springs, I wanted to find one closer to Conghua Hot Spring near Guangzhou. I didn’t expect that there would be a type similar to Japanese hot spring hotels, so I decided to give it a try after seeing good reviews. I took a taxi from Hong Kong to Guangzhou and then took a taxi from the high-speed train station to Conghua, which takes about 1.5 hours. When we arrived, it turned out to be a hot spring villa and a B&B. As soon as we arrived at the door, the boss greeted us warmly. The room was clean and tidy. There was a hot spring bath enough for 3 people. After checking in, the housekeeper attentively took the initiative to send some B&B information and how to use the hot spring and bathroom in a video. This was very considerate. The public area of ​​the B&B is a Japanese-style pavilion. There are free clothes and tripods that can be borrowed. The boss carefully taught everyone how to take good-looking photos and helped us take some beautiful photos, which turned out really good! The breakfast is very healthy and nutritious to my taste. I rarely write such a long review. The owner’s hospitality is worthy of a 5-star rating. Of course, the B&B cannot be compared with a Japanese hot spring hotel, but the details can be seen that a lot of effort has been put into the management. My friends and I also visited Very happy!

This homestay is amazing, not only providing exquisite Japanese-style supplies, furniture and environment, but also carefully prepared delicious fruits, showing the owner's intentions. For couples, this is undoubtedly the ideal place to spend a romantic weekend. In the evening, we booked the restaurant in the hotel and found that the dinner was equally exquisite and full of heart. The breakfast the next day was equally satisfactory and the whole travel experience was perfect. In addition, the service provided by the housekeepers of the hotel is also extremely thoughtful and intimate, which is impressive. 👍 The hotel is great, beyond my imagination
