"Hotel location is strategic with local food restaurants in Pontian. Room is okay for a couple. Have few tv channel. The hotel provide toothbrush, soap and shampoo as well. Very good! You can get coway water at the hotel lobby. Room is clean and tidy!"

"The room was beautiful and spacious, and staff were friendly and welcoming. Really nice views of the golf course and large balcony. However, cleanliness and maintenance was not great. On check in, we found the surfaces dusty, and even dried leaves on the sofa, and the linen had a funky smell (like semi-dried laundry). We had to request for fresh linen and for housekeeping to vacuum/wipe the place. On the first night, we experienced a power outage, and had to repack and move everything to another room at 2am in the morning. They gave us a smaller replacement room. Credit given to the staff as they fixed it at 1pm the following day. We had to repack and move AGAIN. It was super inconvenient as we had a 2 month infant with us and had a ton to pack. There was no compensation offered. In terms of general maintenance, it was quite disappointing. The shower head was faulty, shower doors were loose, and had missing hardware, as per photos. The television was really old, no smart functions, and flickered off and on at times."
