"The 24/7 front desk is a huge plus! Most hotels in Australia close their reception by 6-8 PM, so this was a welcome surprise. A complimentary airport shuttle was also available. The room even came with a washing machine and dryer – incredibly convenient!"

"We loved the early check-in after a long flight. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was left to the imagination. We have stayed at many IBIS hotels with fabulous breakfast options. This one was pretty much toast and cereal and long-life milk. There was no fruit, yogurt, etc. Th butter was super old - dare I say it was old. Very disappointing."

"Thought this place might be convenient and it absolutely was! The shuttle added sooooo much value. I had a late flight in and an early one out and it wasn’t even the slightest hassle for them (10pm in, 6am out). The room was huge, clean, comfortable and came with complimentary gifts! Genuinely will stay again when I layover in Perth. Perfect for layovers. 10/10.  One point- Trip.com didn’t pass on the airport shuttle details to me so I needed to ring. Had them a couple mins later. Not the fault of the hotel."

"The location is good and close to the airport. It is a good choice if you need to rest near the airport. The room is not very new, but it is cleaned very well and the hotel staff is also very friendly."

"We travelled with 2 young children and the hotel provided a portacot for free. I like that the room is generally quite safe (no sharp corners etc) for the kids to roam freely. We stayed here for 2 legs of our trip - and we like that there’s a Woolies located within 5 mins drive and it’s one of the few Woolies that remain open even on public holidays. There is also secure gated parking on site. The staff were polite and housekeeping promptly attended to us whenever we called to ask for items. Recommended to stay here if you drive as there isn’t much within walking distance (some restaurants and a petrol kiosk)."

"The second time I stayed at this hotel, the room was large and the bed was quite comfortable, but the only fly in the ointment was that the room I lived in was on the 2nd floor, but the elevator was broken. I could take the stairs and carry my luggage. It was not very convenient."

"I asked for a quiet room. I got the one right next to the service station. All the noise starts at 6:30 in the morning. The Italian girl at the reception doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Won’t stay again."
