The hotel is in a good location, on the seafront, but the service at the reception left something to be desired, there were several problems with my room and no one could resolve them and they even said if I wanted I could cancel, which doesn't matter to him. But since I bought it with Trips, they didn't solve anything and even said if I had bought it with them it would be easier.

Well located, spacious apartment, very spacious compared to ordinary hotels.
Although the apartment does not have kitchen utensils, you can ask the reception staff.
It has pleasant public areas and although the pool area, gym and elevator are small, their services are good.
It provides a rich and varied breakfast and can extend the checkout time to 2 pm.
Their employees are receptive and attentive.

The staff are great and well educated. But the hotel's infrastructure is too bad...
The old air conditioner will not cool the suitable room and will make a lot of noise, the towels are very yellow, very old...and they will not wipe the right person, the last thing is that they wrote the name of the hotel on the page Feet (someone will take the towel RS)...the room also smells bad...the pillows are made of plastic pillowcases...the breakfast is not satisfactory yet, there is no choice.
I have stayed in other units of the National Hotel and only need one. I am here also watching other people have the same experience as me, by the way the hotel has not improved...

Most impressive is the service. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with all kinds of personal issues.

LLuanaVery pleasant experience. I had a problem with my vehicle, but the hotel insurance will be activated to reimburse me as soon as I go to the garage, since I stayed for 2 days and there was no time to fix it. Otherwise, the room was tidy and clean, the breakfast food was very good, and the service other than at the reception was excellent. Some of the reception staff were rude, but the others were nice and friendly. The bathroom was clean. I think they could improve on the issue of offering more flexible check-out times.

Ssam jukThis hotel is infront of the recife Airport, but you need to cross the airport parking area and cross 2 road , this 2 road have lot of traffic, I ask the front desk they are saying is better to take the taxi to the hotel, otherwise the room is clean and comfortable, if you are arrived recife very late and this is the good choose for your night

LLorne M.For the low price of the hotel, and given the great location for exploring historical Recife, this hotel is not bad. It's old, and it looks like maintenance is not a priority. Really the only thing I didn't like was the bed was saggy. Breakfast was OK.

AArnoldStaff is very nice. Free breakfast buffet is adequate but nothing to brag about. Every time we ordered any type of meat (steak, veal parmigiana, beef soup) from room service menu it was incredibly horrible and we could literally not even cut it with a knife. We use the scissors and tore it apart with our bare hands. Room service can take up to two hours to get your food.  housekeeping ladies are very nice, as well as, some of the maintenance man. Every room we’ve ever stayed in the toilet seats are broken and scary when you sit on them. Don’t even think about having hot water in your shower whatsoever. And when it’s checkout time, you better be out of there as soon as possible!

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located and well structured, but what it really needs is a thorough cleaning. It seems that they try to keep it the way it is by only doing a simple cleaning in the room when guests leave, but it needs a thorough cleaning because there is mold on the windows, in the bathroom, dust, spider webs, and the air also needs to be cleaned. We only stayed for 1 day because our flight was rescheduled and my boyfriend, who already suffers from allergic rhinitis, got much worse. He had a very bad attack after staying at the hotel. We were in another hotel that did not cause these symptoms. The staff is kind and proactive. The breakfast is simple. The cleaning is what really leaves something to be desired.

GGuest UserThe stay was very good, except for the terrible coffee, everything was made with 2nd class margarine, not even at my house do I eat kisuk soft drinks from a packet, the others are reasonable. There were no towels in the room. I forgot and took a shower, I almost went naked to go to reception to get it, lol, other than that, everything was fine, good pool...
