The rooms stank and were damp. Not very nice at all. Not clean and dirty food plates just everywhere in hallways

I enjoyed my stay because the room is big enough with large toilet and everything is clean , the food is perfect as well the only problem is that even if the heating is already at 30 drgrees still cold but the staff came to bring me additional portable heating , All thier staff is kind helpful and very courteous , Excellent !

The breakfast was good. The room’s location was quite noisy where often has shutting door’s noise. The earliest noise was 6:30am which affect the sleep

I work at Hotel in Japan, but there were so many things that I have to learn from the staff here in Holiday Inn !! Staff were superb!! Always smiling, she tries her bestest way to meet the needs of her customers, and her customer service is very attractive. Also, the breakfast was great, not only the menus, I was impressed by the efficient and smart movements of the staff members. I definitely recommend this Hotel as staying here is absolutely a part of our good memories.

It’s ok. Room a bit old but breakfast good. Only that a guest sneezed onto the food when she was picking for her breakfast.
