Only hotel location was good . Food was bad . Brekfast pathetic and cold and service is too bad at breakfast table too . The reason last day I did not go to eat breakfast . Rooms ok but bathroom too smelly . And hair dryer also doesn’t work when asked to change too so long and waste lot of . I have booked this brand as I know the brand is too good but now I won’t stay any more in Hyatt properties , before two days only o stayed at Weston it was just as. Awesome 100 by 100 no complain at all .

Business trip and ended up spending less than 12 hours in the hotel. Got an upgrade to a 2 BHK residence which was totally under utilised. Room was comfortable, only point being the bedroom TV didn’t work. The breakfast spread was also enormous. The all day dining though needs a major upgrade, the flooring, tables and chairs are in bad shape. Overall a good stay.

While entering the hotel we met kalpana the guest relations executive was very welcoming with her wonderful smile, smooth checkin was offered ***** with arti tika and some specials drinks. Kalpana made sure that our stay will be an excellent one. The food and the luxury and the spacious rooms was really beautiful. Will be back soon in the hotel and would love to meet kalpana and other hotel staff.

Exceptional stay at Hyatt Regency Pune! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the amenities were top-notch. Ms.Shalom made my bday memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Wasim to helped us and Mr. Manjot served us delicious breakfast. Amazing team Hyatt.

Shamsher gave us a great service, he was very patience and everything was best in the hotel, starting from reception and till the room cleaner, all were very polite, its a great place to stay and enjoy food as well, it was near to airport, best exp.

The Rooms are spacious & the ambience is good. The Beds & pillows were Fluffy & comfortable providing a good nights sleep with sunrise on my bed. The Stay was comfortable with good cuisine of tasty & delicious food. The different restaurants had varieties of dishes to choose from.

Room cleaning staff Santosh, Mohit, and Sachin from housekeeping were very polite, sensible, and provided good service. During our stay, we had no complaints about them. We like the daily room cleaning service which is very neat and clean. We are grateful for your help.
