hard mattress bed with cheap sheets and towels. laundry machine never dry well. front *** exchanges money and didn't give me small changes as long as i requested. room making and cleaning is no good.

Only hotel location was good . Food was bad . Brekfast pathetic and cold and service is too bad at breakfast table too . The reason last day I did not go to eat breakfast . Rooms ok but bathroom too smelly . And hair dryer also doesn’t work when asked to change too so long and waste lot of . I have booked this brand as I know the brand is too good but now I won’t stay any more in Hyatt properties , before two days only o stayed at Weston it was just as. Awesome 100 by 100 no complain at all .

This is the first hotel I look for when I go to Pune~ Except for the fact that there are a lot of people at breakfast, everything else seems fine~ The location is also not far from the airport and there is a large shopping mall nearby, so it seems good~

I called at 6:50 PM on Friday to request an early check-in. Neetu put me on hold, and after waiting for over 10 minutes, I was informed that early check-in would not be possible. What was even more disheartening was being told that the manager I had requested to speak with did not have the time to speak to guests checking in. This level of indifference and lack of basic courtesy is shocking—especially from a brand like Hyatt, which prides itself on hospitality. The interaction felt cold, dismissive, and completely devoid of empathy. While I have gone ahead with the booking this time, it will definitely be my last with Hyatt Regency. I will also ensure that none of my team or employees consider Hyatt for future stays. Service like this is not just a letdown—it’s a reminder that brand names mean little without people who care behind them.
