Beautiful hotel and great food. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. I would recommend this for business or leisure. There is a desk to do work if needed and also reception is quite quick with requests. We had made a last minute booking but they were able to assist instantly. When calling call a few times because the hotel does take a long time before answering they phone, I had to call over 4 times to get through to the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel—it was my boyfriend’s first time visiting Durban, and this place completely blew his mind! From the moment we arrived, the incredible staff made us feel welcome, even surprising us with a free room upgrade. Our room had a breathtaking view of the ocean and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of Durban. The location was unbeatable: just steps away from fantastic restaurants (we were spoiled for choice!), the beach, and even attached to a mall for ultimate convenience. What an elegant hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms, the staff is attentive and friendly. There’s a lot of restaurants around the hotel to choose from, the ocean is within a walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Durban!

As far as Radisson Blu hotels go, this location was a little underwhelming. Everything was a little older and on the cheaper side in terms of finishing. Perfectly ok for a very short stay.

Not as great I thought, smelly room at first, got moved and there was so much confusion and resulted in multiple times going downstairs.
