The staff paid attention to the details

Jumeirah living is great experience for apartment services. We actually like jumeirah hotel more but we wanted to experience apartment aswell. Apartment has its own charm. It was very clean, enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. The space is huge and with all the necessary equipments. We couldn’t order the food from the hotel but we could order online food which was convenient aswell. The swimming pool is always the best thing to do in jumeirah. I think it’s the best pool in Guangzhou w tropical trees and vertical gardens. Very relaxing. And breakfast is amazing Egg Benedict . The ambiance is great. Jumeirah is very good with garden landscapes even in restaurant all the plants are real. And the most highlight is the live performer. We realized in the end that music was actually live performance. Highly recommended hotel. Best hotel in Guangzhou.

If I describe the hardware of Jumeirah Living as a pupil getting 99 out of 100 in an exam, then I will be in big trouble when commenting its software – 100 out of 100 is just not enough to describe how wonderful the ladies and gentlemen at Jumeirah Living are! The hardware at Jumeirah Living may be amazing but still has something for me to be picky with. However, I guess even the most demanding people will find it a struggle to think of a word to be picky with Jumeirah Living’s people. Maybe I can put my conclusion here first: among all the hotels I have experienced in Guangzhou, Mandarin Oriental, Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Living have the most amazing people. While MO and Jumeirah hotel should be proud of their accomplishment, this is a particularly huge achievement for Jumeirah Living – any service apartment should be really proud of itself if its service is comparable to the finest hotels. It is just like a water polo athlete winning a professional swimmer in swimming. The fact that a water polo player can overperform a professional swimmer in swimming, which the former only practices as a supplement to her/his main training in water polo, proves how hardworking that water polo athlete is. I cannot respect this hard work more! Even though I would put MO, Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Living as the top three of Guangzhou, they are wonderful in very different ways. MO is like a well-educated Confucius scholar; Jumeirah hotel is like a royal butler polishing every service to the finest possible extent; for Jumeirah Living, my apologies, I need more than one sentence to make the metaphor. When we began college, the school would usually assign each of us a student mentor, who may be one year or two above us. These student mentors are usually exceptionally energetic and caring (to the extent they would worry if we knew where to eat pizza on campus!). However, their care is different from those from parents and teachers. They are much more easy-going and someone we can feel at ease to be with; someone we can laugh and hang out together. This is precisely how the ladies and gentlemen are like at Jumeirah Living! The most important thing is I do not think my encounter with these amazing people is incidental – I believe the culture of Jumeirah Living is like that. This is because I have encountered at least three people at Jumeirah Living (Abel, Vivian, and Winson) as easy-going, friendly, and helpful as the student mentor described above!

A family of five with a dog had a very good stay during the Spring Festival. I highly recommend this place for families with children. We booked a three-bedroom apartment with a large living room and a round dining table. It was very spacious and convenient to have a kitchen. We cooked dumplings in the kitchen when we were staying up late. Geographically, Huacheng Square is across the street and Guangzhou Tower is within walking distance. There is an ole supermarket downstairs and many food options nearby, all within walking distance. There is delicious sweet water every night, and a small cake was given on New Year's Eve. I especially want to mention that the hotel is very soundproof. I can't hear any sound from outside or the next room, and the sleep quality is great. The housekeeper Vivian's service is very considerate. She added WeChat before arriving and sent fruit. She would ask about the stay experience every day, and the takeaway would be delivered to the door. She also called the front desk to send any service in a timely manner. Seeing that we wanted to drink tea, she directly moved a box of water to us. It was very comfortable to stay. I will choose this place next time I come to Guangzhou!

This time, two adults and two children came to Guangzhou to play in the city and specially found a serviced apartment. It is more lively here. The hotel facilities and services are first-class. I am really satisfied. Kinsley at the front desk patiently introduced the entertainment and food around the hotel, and also informed me of the hotel facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. The hotel service is really good, and there is a butler who can communicate at any time... I must stay in this hotel next time! The two-bedroom room is big and nice, with three bathrooms, absolutely...

Everything is quite good, the service is very warm and meticulous, and there are different sweet drinks every night. The breakfast is great👍🤩The handling of things is also very humane, and the swimming pool is great (¯▽¯)👍I will stay again next time.

Such a good environment and sanitation are so bad, there are fleas in the quilt. I reported it to the front desk but there was no feedback. It's not worth the star quality.  Have the sheets and quilt covers not been sterilized at high temperature? The quilt should be taken out for deep sterilization after a long time.

The hotel service is very considerate. There are different hot sugar water to drink every day. There is also a birthday cake service for family members' birthdays. The WeChat butler is always responsive. The staff Joanna is gentle and considerate, and the service attitude is super good! Next time you come to Guangzhou Jumeirah Living Apartments, it must be the first choice!

Good hotel, I can recommend. Large rooms, all quite new

I was impressed by the size and luxury of the room. Although it wasn't clear from the photos, there was a washing machine with a drying function in the room, which was convenient. *Don't expect any welcome fruit or goodnight dessert. They're free.
