Good choice for short trip. The hotel is clean, the service is friendly, the location is easy to reach.

Even though it was crowded when I checked in, there was only one front desk staff member, so I had to wait. It seems that they often use the hotel as a group, so depending on the timing, there may be a wait time or no seats available at the breakfast venue. The food was normal and totally fine.

In principle it's fine, it suited me, I recommend it, but I didn't have time for breakfast

Clean hotel with good service on Jalan Adi Sucipto, Yogyakarta... This time I got a free upgrade to the Grand Mercure hotel because the ibis was being renovated. Recommended...

staffs: no security at lobby entrance when i came, front desk staff seemed new and required more proper Training, breakfast staffs were great. duty manager Was great and even took the time to WA me. room: average ibis room, bed sheet was stained. breakfast: great breakfast variety because of a combo with grand mercure, but was too packed because of an event when i stayed. foods were average. parking: a bit limited at basement, directions were a bit confusing as well. overall an unexpected stay, plus the fact that a big Event occured that day made the stay unpleasant because elevators were all super packed and smelly.

Great value for money stay near Helsinki station, location was fantastic, room was spacious a living room area flanked by the 2 rooms on each side , place was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was great, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well."

beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
