Rich breakfast and good location. All balconies have sea views. The sandy beach is very large for several kilometers. The waiter in the restaurant does not speak English, and there is no photo of the menu in the restaurant, which needs to be improved

Perfect location, right smack in the Quy Nhon city centre. Easy access to beach, food, and wondering around town.
This property consisting of a hotel, a non-smoking apartment residence, and a smoking permitted apartment residence. The property is pretty new. Service staffs are pretty helpful and polite.
There is no phone in the room. You need to walk down to the front desk to ask for anything you need or want, including the basic like room cleaning on the daily basis.

This beachfront apartment was amazing! When you open the window, you can see the blue sea right in front of you. You can see the beautiful sunrise in the morning and the starry sky at night. The room design is modern, clean, and the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, making cooking a fun experience. The management staff was also kind and responded to our requests immediately. The location is convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach within walking distance. I really recommend this place for people who want to relax!

The hotel was newly built with acceptable inferior and facility for a 3-star hotel. I was feel very sorry for the hotel because it is right in the middle of different constructions around, so it is very noisy and dirty. The breakfast was ok for local with not many choices. Hotel staffs were nice and friendly.

The hotel insists that the system displays 2 small beds.

More than expected bookings, high-rise sea view, 4 of us stayed, enough space, the surrounding environment is very good, a great experience, have the opportunity to come back, the only regret is the rooftop pool maintenance.

MMathieu FRI stayed 2 nights for my second time in Anya Premier. A Brand new and modern hotel in front of the beach. Located in the south of the city .... 20 mins walk to downtown. Very new and comfortable bed. AC works very well and is silent. Very clean room. Great swimming infinity pool. Good gym. Breakfast is okay but can definitely be better. A very nice and quiet stay with great staff and service. Highly recommended

MMinhThe room is very modern, spacy and well equipped. Similar to the photo when booking too. Just a short walk to the square and the beach where you can have some snacks on the sand.
Staffs are really nice and helpful.
I feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of when I'm at Grand Hyams.

NNhi Ngọc YếnThis's a sweet homestay. It takes 5mins to walk from the sea. This's the first time i travelled in Vietnam. The host's really friendly. We rent the motorbike and they introduced for me anywhere we wanna to go. The room 's cute, clean, comfortable, sophisticated. The homestay has a nice rooftop. At night, we drunk Quy Nhon beer with the hostess and her husband. That's nice vibe. They make me feel that i come back my home. I make sure that i'll come back here and drunk again with them ^^

DddeodolyIt was my first time visiting Quy Nhon.
It wasn't too far from the bus stop on tje accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, and tje domitory room I stayed in was very clean, especialy spacious, and had a lot of space.
The bathroom and shower were outside, but it wasn't too inconvenient, and I had a very comfortable stay.
The towels that were changed every day and the free bottled water were also very nice.
I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Quy Nhon.

JJoe GuyAbsolutely fantastic highly recommend this hotel it was immaculate everything about it right from the bedding to the room to the floor to the showers in the towels to the sheets to the mattress outstanding not only was the price unbelievably incredible $11.60 per night Australian the service the staff is there translator for everything that we asked . In my opinion this is one of the best hotels we stayed in In Viet Nam so far and believe me with setting for the few it’s always a really good feeling when you strip the beds and check out and even the mattress is immaculate and the pillows so absolutely 100% guarantee you’ll love it here and location is perfect you can hire a motorbike from reception there so helpful it’s the best I wouldn’t even think of going down the street for the extra or the under whatever you want to pay but yeah if you want to pay 60 bucks that’s great but why did you pay $60 when you can pay 11 and to be honest with you you’re probably gonna get a bit around a cleaner room and better service

TTedLy16It’s a very nice beach resort. Unfortunately,, the property has not been well maintained. The huge glass doors to the nice and relaxing balcony is not well oiled and so it is very hard (heavy) to open; worse they are not lockable.
Apart from the bedhead has terrible stained the rest of the room is quite clean.
Breakfasts included were very good, lots of of varieties and selection. This is the best part of my recent stay at this property I guess.
Staffs were very polite although not as helpful most of the time.
It’s a very huge property, has a lot of rooms but the occupancy rate is very low. I hope they don’t shut it down any time soon.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a larger room with a nice view of the city, which enhanced our overall stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, being close to important amenities and the beach, making it easy for us to explore the area. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing noodles and water in the room, which came in handy during our stay. The staff were polite and friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. However, we did notice that the cleanliness of the linen could be improved, as attention to detail in this area was lacking. Overall, while there were some minor issues, our stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning in the future.
