We got this proprty through the internet. Property located on the old highway and easy to locate. Resort is big but not well maintained. We stayed in their lagoon villas and found it to be average for stay at this price. They have provided only one brush for 3 people which is not acceptable after paying the premium rate. Food quality was average but price was very high plus extra 20% room service. Overall average property.

a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help.
b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help.
c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help.
basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.

If you take a taxi from the airport, it usually takes 40-50 minutes (this is still a good state of traffic at night). And the surrounding area is not very busy. It's rather biased. GGuest UserI used it on my first business trip to Pune. It's close to the airport and shopping malls, so I felt it was very convenient. The room was spacious enough for one person and was clean. I felt sorry that there were no slippers. I was hoping for something a little more Western for breakfast, but I was disappointed by the lack of options as it was mostly Indian food. However, it was convenient and clean, so I would like to use it again on my next business trip to Pune.

The structure does not seem well maintained even in the common areas, the carpet is dirty, a lamp in the room did not turn off. The open kitchen of the restaurant is messy and unhygienic, you can see the dirty and peeling walls.
