Every morning, he welcomed me with a smile and patiently waited for me to arrive, ensuring that I felt personally looked after. It’s rare to come across someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and valued. The attention to detail, friendliness, and consistency in service made my mornings extra special and set a positive tone for the day. Lovely place, has an apartment set up with a small kitchenette and mini fridge. They also provided extra bed and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room meticulously. It’s in the heart of Kalyani Nagar so everything is within walking distance or close by. The airport is also 4 kms away.

This is an excellent place. All the staff here are very supportive and friendly. I stayed here with my family around 15 days. It feels like a home. I remember name of one staff Harish who was responsible for catering related things was very supportive and our days start with his greetings at breakfast. I will highly recommend if any body coming in pune for short stay should prefer this place.

The place is awesome and value for money. The rooms are clean. The bathrooms are Also clean. Staff is extremely great. They have a nice restraunt. That is the only limiting thing. Situated well in the right place and good hang out place around

My experience at the AR Suites Fontana Bay-Kalyani Nagar was okay.
About stay- We booked studio room for four days. One of the important point I want to mention is that they do not have ceiling fan in room only AC, if you are staying for longer hours rooms then it is not feasible. Their WiFi was not upto the mark, I was using my phone's hotspot most of the time, so not advisable for WFH.
Breakfast-
They have a buffet and food options are plenty but the taste was average.
If you want to order anything for lunch or dinner from their restaurant then prices are bit high.
My overall experience about this hotel is average.
