Large picture windows are a key feature of the house, along with the many covered decks. • The great room has a large wood burner, air-conditioning and three ceiling fans, as well as opening windows to catch the breeze and cooler evening air.• The fully equipped cooks kitchen is set around an island bench with bar stools - perfect whether you're preparing breakfast or enjoying some local cheese and wine.The Environment• Nine Steps was built to be environmentally friendly with a 6 star energy rating.
