"Was a plesant stay in renaissance. Always an impressive experience here.
However I notice a small drop in food quality during breakfast. Some of the food were not fresh anymore. Sometimes milk, sometimes bread...
Hopefully something can be done to maintain the good level of this hotel.

"This is a quite old-fashioned hotel with clean and nice locations. The price wise is abit high side but there is some chinese restaurant near the hotel. It is very convenient for business travellers. The hotel did not provide breakfast."

"Room was ok but a little bit tight. bed was comfy. hangers, toilet papers, complimentary drinks and cups were provided. there’s a stool, and apparently the tv have to connect both plugs to watch, which gave no room for us to charge our devices if needed because that’s the only plug point available. toilet was too spacious and got 2 bigger mirrors, at the back of the door and near the sink. towels, shampoo and body wash are provided. there’s an iron with an iron board at the ground floor, you can request at the front desk for them to bring them up."

"The hotel is clean and has quite a big room. Very affordable price. Great for a short weekend getaway. Nearby shops not so much, but you can drive about 10mins to a nearby mall and more shops. Customer service is pretty good and friendly. A comfortable place to stay."

"Small room but for me is quite clean. No traffic noise so I like that. No cockroaches or any unpleasant smell in the room. The front desk staff is also friendly - a chinese guy and lady. They smiled upon seeing me. Aircond is great - very cold. Wifi also great connection. I watched YouTube in the room without any lagging. Heater also works well - water pressure is good. They provide shampoo, body wash, mineral water, toothbrush and toothpaste.
There's an iron outside. Same floor. Also a dining table which is quite nice. For Muslims, there's a qiblat sticker inside the room which made it easy for me. That's all. I think good enough for the price I paid."

GGuest UserI was assigned a house facing the street, and it was very noisy with motorcycles driving back and forth at night. Sometimes you will see a few small ants on the bed, and this hotel does not have breakfast. If you need breakfast, you have to prepare it yourself. Everything else is OK.

GGuest UserIt is located near Mid Valley mall. Probably a five min drive away. It was easy to locate as the signage to the homestay was easy to spot.
Apartment was clean and had filtered water.
The service staff was also prompt to providing the info needed. Queries were answered promptly and politely.
The apartment has
Bedroom 1 : 2 double beds (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed (sleeps 2)
Living room : 2 thin mattresses, can be placed on the floor (sleeps 2)
The only inconveniences encountered were :
1) the access door to the lift lobby was not working that day and hence we had to walk around to other floors to try to access to the lift lobby.
2) We had to drive all the way to the 5th floor carpark when there are so many empty lots around and the car park lot assigned was far from the lobby.
3) the water temperature was inconsistent.
Nonetheless, I enjoyed the stay and would consider staying here again in future.

XXiaoSotongThe hotel is located at the city centre, very convenient for travellers. I felt safe during the stay as all guests have to use the access card or ring the bell for the hotel staff to open the door. My room was comfortable with strong aircond. Only basic toiletries were provided, no slippers in the room. Towels were thin and looked like cheap products. Water dispensers available near the reception. No breakfast provided but tasty local foods are available within walking distance.

SSyernasirfront desk can be friendlier and less rude, hotel needs to have a way to collect security deposit, not many people carry cash or have exact change, front desk needs to have proper change or allow online transfer. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. The noise is quite loud from the road - assumed a festivity was on going but something to improve

Hotel is centrally located, and there is no shortage of food and massage outlets. One just need a bit of short walking to these places. Getting a Grab to the nearby KSL Shopping Mall is roughly RM5, and a 15-min drive.
