JJesslynNgWe booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance.
Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room.
However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room.
The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise.
Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

GGuest UserIt is very clean and offers good service and amenities. Ventilation could be improved if the windows at both ends of the corridor were opened more frequently. It would also be even better if the room or bathroom had a small window facing the corridor

GGuest UserRooms are very clean and wide, position of the apartment is really strategic (close to a few malls), have a nice view, big swimming pool, theres even a gym inside, security is really good.

AAnonymous UserBooked here for a few times now. The only downside this time was that it was a bit noisy due to the renovation of the room. Staff was very helpful to change my room after I complained that the aircond was not working. Other than that, it was a good stay for me. Keep up the good work

GGuest UserLocation is very near to tebrau highway, which is very accessible to Mid Valley (South Key), town area, mt austin, highway to Johor Premium Outlet. There is also a Korean restaurant right at the pool level. Right beside Ponderosa Golf Course (great stay for golfers). Checking in & out is also very accessible and convenient. However i think the cleanliness is a little poor. Floor were dusty when we enter.

They aren't afraid to defy conventional rules when a situation calls for it, proactively taking things into their own hands to ensure the guest experience is absolutely seamless. It is incredibly rare to find individuals who are so deeply committed to guest satisfaction that they will personally intervene and go off-script to make sure every single detail is taken care of. They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos to Roen and Janet for elevating our experience and showing what genuine, empowered hospitality is all about!

JJackSeeA hotel with lots of outdoor carparking. The reception has a good attitude and is fast and efficient. The Deluxe Family room was nice and with lower price. Facilities include: tea bags, kettle, hair dryer, towels, air cond, water heater, shower gel, toilet paper and toothbrush. Anyway, I have to say that the bed in the hotel was clean and very comfortable.
