NNiakaVery welcoming staff everyone is friendly and tried their best to resolve client issues , a lot of places to take great photos , kids scare of the insects but that is part of natural life we understand, great spa therapist and good deal to buy as package, network WiFi signal is poor if outside at the water activity area , similar to banyan tree resorts worldwide our butler BICH tried to help and book appointment for the family during our stay , thanks BT team, a lot of complimentary services , just team can have rooms to improve on English part, other than that we very much enjoyed the stay as family

Nhận phòng hơn trễ giờ nhưng đội ngũ nhân viên phục vụ tốt.
Nước chào mừng ngon, nhân viên quên không mang nước chào mừng đến cho khách mặc dù khi bê nước cho người khác họ đã nhìn thấy chúng tôi.
Bể bơi ấm áp và sạch sẽ. Bãi tắm riêng của khách sạn có sóng khá to khó bơi.
Tôi gọi nước suối đến phòng lúc 22:00. Villa không có chuông cửa, khi nhân viên gõ cửa không ai nghe thấy họ đã tự mở cửa bước vào Villa và gõ cửa phòng ngủ của tôi lúc 22:00 đêm. Tôi cảm thấy việc này không riêng tư và thiếu an toàn.

IIri_AsiaThis is the best resort in Da Nang. Anyone who is looking for a masterpiece of a course from Sir Nick Faldo, fantastic facility, wonderful views, friendliest and kindest people and amazing food. There are 6 restaurants, outdoor swimming pool, spa, gym and, of course, a golf course on the territory of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. We had the best time there. Highly recommend that hotel for solo, couple or family travelers.

GGuest UserResort heeft iets van vergaande glorie wat ook wel weer charmant is. Wij kregen een prachtige kamer aan het strand. Strand is prachtig. Bedenk wel dat je echt tussen de lokale bevolking en Vietnamese toeristen zit. Hier is de smaak van eten en inrichting op aangepast. Dus geen Westerse aanpak. Konden fietsen huren. Restaurants op strand zijn echt basic. Fietsen om het meer was een fantastische ervaring
